This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as: (IEC 60335-2-15/A2)

• staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
• farm houses;
• by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
• bed and breakfast type environments.

1. Please read these operating instructions through carefully before connecting your kettle to the power supply. In order to avoid damage due to incorrect use.
2. Incorrect operation and improper handling can lead to faults on the appliance and injuries to the user.
3. The appliance is designed for household use only.
4. Unplug the appliance from power supply when not in use.
5. Keep the base unit away from damp and protect from splashes.
6. Do not immerse the unit cord or plug in water or other liquids. If this should occur, remove the plug immediately and then have the unit checked by an expert before using it again.
7. Do not operate the appliance if the cord or plug show signs of damage. If the appliance has fallen on the floor or has been cases take the appliance to a specialist for checking and repair if necessary, if the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
8. Ensure that the cord does not hang over sharp edges and keep it away from hot surfaces.

16. The kettle is for heating water only and is not to be used for any other liquids

BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

1. Remove all packing materials from the kettle.
2. Before connecting of the kettle check that voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds the mains voltage in your home.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

1. Fill the kettle with cool water up to the "MAX" mark and boil it. Empty the kettle. The appliance is ready for use.

FILTER PLAGING

1. Open the lid by pressing on the lid release button.
2. Place the filter between the two grooves near the spout at the front of the kettle.
3. Ensure that the filter is pressed down to the bottom of the grooves and fits correctly then close the lid.

NOTE: Never leave the filter loose in the kettle. Never remove the filter while the kettle contains hot water.

FILLING

1. Remove the kettle from the base unit.
2. You can fill the kettle with water via the spout or by opening the lid, by pressing on the lid release button.
3. Not recommend to fill with less than 1 liter of water to prevent the kettle running fry while operating.
4. Do not fill with water more than "MAX" mark. Avoid overfilling to prevent the water spilling out during the boiling process.

SWITCHING ON

1. After filling your kettle with water, place the kettle on the base unit.
2. Connect plug to power supply and pull down the On/Off switch.. The appliance will begin to operate and the indicator light will come on.

SWITCHING OFF

When the water boils, the kettle will switch off automatically and the indicator light will go off.

NOTE: This appliance has a safety system, which automatically switches off the heater element if the appliance is inadvertently switched when empty, or if it boils dry. In this case, let the appliance cool down completely, before filling with water again.

SWITCHING ON AGAIN

The kettle can be switched on again after cooling down about 15-20 seconds, while the kettle has been switched off automatically.

CARE AND CLEANING

1. Always remove the plug from the power supply and let the appliance cool down completely.

FILTER CLEANING

1. Remove the filter out of the kettle.
2. Place under a tap and rub gently any remaining by soft brush (do not included).
3. Replace the filter between the two grooves near the spout at the front of the kettle.

STORAGE

The cord could be winded into the base unit that has a cord storage compartment.

4. Kada aparat ne rabite izvucite utikač iz utičnice.
5. Postolje zaštite od vlage i prskanja vode.
6. Aparat, kabel ili utikač ne uranjajte u vodu ili neke druge tekućine. U slučaju da se to dogodi odmah izvucite utikač iz utičnice i prije ponovne uporabe odnesite na pregled u servisni centar.
7. Nipošto ne rabite aparat sa oštećenim kabelom ili utikačem. UPUTE ZA RUKOVANJE

POSTAVLJANJE FILTERA

1. Pritisnite na gumb za otvaranje poklopca i otvorite poklopac.
2. Filter postavite u kljun na prednjoj strani aparata tako da ulegne između dva žlijeba.
3. Pritisnite na filter kako bi upotpunosti ušao u žljebove i zatvorite poklopac.

NAPOMENA: Filter nipošto ne smije labavo stajati u aparatu. Kada se u aparatu nalazi vrela voda ne pokušavajte izvaditi filter.

PUNJENJE

1. Kuhalo odvojite od postolja(baze).
2. Pritisnite na gumb za otvaranje poklopca, podignite poklopac i naspite vodu.
3. Preporučujemo vam da u kuhalo naspete najmanje 1 litar vode.
4. U aparat ne usipajte više od oznake "MAX". Kuhalo nikada ne treba prepuniti vodom jer u vrijeme ključanja može doći do izljevanja vode iz aparata.
