Caution! There is danger of explosion from improper replacement of the battery. Replace battery only with the same or equivalent type of battery.

Make sure the battery are correctly inserted. Observe the polarity (+) plus / (-) negative on the battery and the housing. Improperly inserted battery can lead to leakage or, in extreme cases, a fire or an explosion.

The connections must not be short-circuited.

Never expose batteries to excessive heat (e.g. bright sun, fire), and never throw them into fire. The batteries could explode.

Remove used batteries. Remove the batteries if you know that the product will not be used for a longer period of time. Otherwise, the batteries could leak and cause damage.

- Keep batteries out of reach of small children. If batteries have been swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.
- Non-rechargeable batteries must not be recharged.
- If the batteries leak, remove them with a cloth and dispose of them accordingly. Prevent battery acid from coming into contact with skin and eyes. If you do get battery acid in your eyes, flush them thoroughly with lots of water and consult a physician immediately. If battery acid comes into contact with your skin, wash the affected area with lots of water and soap.
INTENDED USE
This product is intended as personal scale. The scale has a weighting range of 6 kg up to 180 kg. The scale is designed to measure the personal body weight, body fat and water content by entering sex, age, height and weight. Any other use may result in damage to product or injuries.

BEFORE FIRST TIME USE
Remove the product and accessories carefully from the original packaging. Inspect the delivery contents for completeness and damages. Should the delivery contents be incomplete or damaged, contact your sales outlet immediately.
INSERT OR REPLACE BATTERIES
1 Open the battery compartment. Insert 2 x 3 V battery (type CR2032) in the battery compartment. Make sure the polarity is correct as indicated. Close the battery compartment.
Note:
The scale has a battery low indicator. If the battery is low, than the display will show LO. Replace the exhausted battery with a new battery of the same type.
ADJUST UNIT
2 When the scale is on, press UNIT button to switch the unit kg/lb/st:lb.
OPERATION
Measuring body weight
3 Always place the scales down on a solid, flat horizontal surface. Touch the platform and the scale will turn on. The display will show 0.0 kg. Step onto the platform and the scale starts to measure. The weight will be displayed. Do not move, moving will lead to discrepancies.
Note: The scale switches off automatically and turns on when steps on.
Set User profile
4 Press SET and ▲/▼buttons to choose an user profile P0 to P9.
Confirm with SET and adjust the setting with ▲ buttons
Choose and adjust user profile P0 to P9 > Set male for female Set age (10-80) > set body height (100-240 cm)
Body weight, body fat and water content
5 Press SET and ▲ / ▼ buttons to choose an user profile. 0.0 will be displayed. Step barefoot onto the platform and do not move. Ensure standing on the 2 electrodes. The measurement starts and following values will be shown on the display:
Body weight > Percentage of body fat content > Percentage of Water content
The scales switch off automatically after these values have been displayed.
Error messages
Err: Err indicates that the scale is overloaded.
FAtL: The body fat percentage is less than 5%.
FAtH und Err2: If the body fat percentage is more than 50%, the error message FAtH and Err2 displays.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Warning! Never immerse electrical parts of the product in water during cleaning or operation. Never hold the product under running water.
- Warning! When cleaning, never use solvents or abrasive materials, hard brushes, metallic or sharp objects. Solvents are harmful to human health and can attack plastic parts, while abrasive cleaning mechanisms and tools may scratch the surface(s).
- Clean the product's exterior surfaces with a slightly damp cloth and then dry them thoroughly.
• Make sure that no water enters the product interior (for example, through the switch). - Keep the product in a dry, cool location which is protected against moisture and direct sunlight. Keep this product out of the reach of children.
