battery use / battery charge
- The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with the appliance.
- During the recharge the appliance must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.
- Before connecting the battery charger make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to that indicated on the plate data.
- If the battery charger is left unused, always disconnect it from the mains.
- The battery charger is used to charge the batteries located inside the appliance. Do not use the appliance with the battery charger connected.

- This appliance has been designed only for domestic use.
- This appliance can be used by children over 8 years old, by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or by inexperienced persons provided they are instructed in advance on its safe use and only if informed of the dangers inherent to the product.
Children must not play with the appliance. - The cleaning and maintenance of the appliance and the battery charger may not be done by children without the supervision of an adult.
- Keep all the parts of the packaging out of the reach of children, they are not a toy.
- Keep the plastic bag out of the reach of children: danger of suffocation.
- In case the appliance and the battery charger accidentally fall and/or there are visible signs of damage do not use the appliance but have it checked by an authorized Service Centre as the internal safety features may have been affected.
- In case of breakdown or malfunction switch off the appliance and never attempt to disassemble it, but refer to an authorized Polti Service Centre.
- To avoid prejudicing the safety of the appliance when repairing or replacing accessories, use only original spare parts.
- The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
- The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery.
- The battery is to be disposed of safely.

SAFETYWARNINGS:
Risk of electric shock and/or short circuit:
- The battery charger is used to charge the batteries located inside the appliance. Do not use the appliance with the battery charger connected.
- The wiring system to which the battery charger is connected must always comply with the laws in force.
- Before connecting the battery charger make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to that indicated on the plate data.
- If the battery charger is left unused, always disconnect it from the mains.
- Before performing any maintenance operation, always turn the equipment off.
- Do not pull the battery charger power cable out of the socket, but grasp the plug itself to avoid damage to the socket.
- Do not allow the power cable of the battery charger to be twisted, crushed, stretched, or come into contact with sharp or hot surfaces.
- Do not use the battery charger if the power cable or other important parts of the appliance are damaged. Instead, contact an authorised service centre.
- If the battery charger with its relative cable is visibly damaged, replace it immediately with a Polti original spare part. Never under any circumstance try to repair it.
- Do not use electric extension leads that are not authorized by the manufacturer, as they may cause damage or fire.
- Never touch the battery charger with wet hands or feet in particular when the cable is plugged into the mains.
- Do not use the battery charger when barefoot.
- Do not use the battery charger near washbasins, bathtubs, showers or containers full of water.
- Never immerse the appliance, the cable or the plugs in water or another liquid.

CORRECT USE OF THE PRODUCT
This appliance is intended for home use for cleaning damp, smooth surfaces such as windows, mirrors or tiles, in accordance with the instructions provided in this manual. Please read these instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.
Polti declines liability for any damage or accident derived from any use of this appliance which does not comply with the instructions contained in this booklet.

This product complies with EU Directive 2002/96/EC.

The crossed-out wastebasket symbol on the appliance means that at the end of its useful lifespan, the product must be disposed of separately
from ordinary household wastes.
The user is responsible for delivering the appliance to an appropriate collection facility at the end of its useful lifespan.
Appropriate separate collection to permit recycling, treatment and environmentally compatible disposal helps prevent negative impact on the environment and human health and promotes recycling of the materials making up the product. For more information on available collection facilities, contact your local waste collection service or the shop where you bought this appliance.
UNPACKING
Remove the appliance from the packaging, checking that the product is whole and that all the parts are there.
CHARGING APPLIANCE
The appliance is not supplied with the battery charged, therefore please charge the product before use.
To charge the appliance, proceed as follows:
Connect the power supply plug (J) to the special socket (F) of the appliance.
Insert the power supply plug (J) to a suitable power socket.
The charging / operating LED (D) will start flashing red. When the LED (D) turns a steady green (after about 2 1/2 hours), the appliance is charged and ready for use.
Note:
- When the battery is discharged, the appliance will stop working and the LED (D) will be off.
- A full battery recharge makes it possible to clean up to 80m2 of surface.
VAPORISER (L) (*)
ASSEMBLY
Unscrew the sprayer (L1) from the bottle (L2).
Insert the washing support (N) into the sprayer (L1) and lock it with the fastening ring (M) (Fig. 7 - 8 - 9).
Insert the cloth (K) and lock it with the Velcro (Fig. 10).
FILLING
Fill the bottle (L2) with water and possibly non-foaming glass detergent that is commonly available on the market.
Tighten the sprayer (L1) including the washing support with the cloth, to the bottle.
USE
Spray the surface to be cleaned and cleanse with the cloth.
Run the appliance over the area as shown in the Chapter "Use".

USE
Assemble the 28 cm window cleaning frame. (B) or the small 17 cm window cleaning frame (0)^* , based on the size of the surface to be cleaned, to the base until it is hooked (Fig. 2).
Clean the window.
Turn on the appliance by moving the switch forward (E) (Fig. 3). The operating/recharge (D) LED will turn on.
Place the window cleaning frame on the upper part of the window and using a slight pressure move downward (Fig. 4).
- Once the cleaning operation is finished, turn off the appliance by moving the switch backward (E).
(*) Only for Model AG130.
When the Max level of dirty water is reached in the tank (I), it must be emptied as follows:
Turn the appliance off.
Pull the tank stopper (H) (Fig. 5).
- Tilt the tank so that the dirty water can come out (Fig. 6).
Replace the tank stopper.
Resume cleaning operations.
WARNING: If the maximum filling level is exceeded, small quantities of water can leak out of the ventilation slots. Always empty the tank before the maximum filling level is reached.
CARE OF YOUR APPLIANCE
- Before performing any maintenance operation, make sure that the appliance is off and/or disconnected from the mains.
To clean the body of the appliance, simply use a moist cloth. Do not use solvents or detergents which may harm the body material. - The cloths provided can be washed by following the instructions included on the label.
CLEANING OF THE WINDOW CLEANING FRAME (B) - (O)*
Release the window cleaning frame and remove it from the base (Fig. 11).
Rinse the frame (B) - (O)^* under running water and let it dry.
(*) Only for Model AG130.
CLEANING THE TANK UNIT (J)
Remove the tank unit (I) (Fig.12), empty it (see paragraph "Empty water from tank"). Unscrew the tank stopper w/filter (I2) and squeeze it (Fig. 13), after which rinse all the components under running water and let them dry.

WARRANTY
This appliance is for domestic use only and is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase against any defects present at the time the goods are handed over; the date of purchase must be proven via a proof of purchase document valid for tax purposes and issued by the seller.
For repairs, the appliance must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
This warranty does not affect the consumer rights deriving from European Directive 99/44/EC as regards some aspects of sale and warranty of consumer goods, rights which the consumer should uphold with respect to the seller.
This warranty is valid in the countries which adhere to European Directive 99/44/EC. For other countries, local regulations on warranties apply.
WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS
During the warranty, Polti guarantees free repair of a product with a manufacturing or factory defect and, therefore, the client is not liable to pay for any work or materials.
In case of irreparable defects, Polti may replace the product free of charge.
To avail of the warranty, the customer should visit one of the Polti Authorised Service Centres with proof of purchase from the seller valid for tax purposes and bearing the date of purchase of the product. Without proof of purchase and the relative date of purchase, the work will be charged for. Store the proof of purchase document safely for the whole duration of the warranty.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
- Any fault or damage not deriving from a manufacturing defect.
- Any fault due to improper use or use other than that indicated in the instruction booklet, an integral part of the product sales contract.
- Any defect resulting from force majeure (fires, short circuits) or caused by third parties (tampering).
- Damage caused by the use of non-original Polti parts, and repairs or modifications performed by staff or service centres not authorised by Polti.
- Damage caused by the customer.
- Parts (filter, brush, hose, battery, etc.) damaged by use (consumable goods) or normal wear and tear.
- Any damage caused by limescale.
- Defects resulting from lack of maintenance/cleaning according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Assembly of non-original Polti accessories or those that have been modified or which are not suitable for the appliance.
Inappropriate use and/or use not compliant with the instructions for use and any other warnings or indications contained in this manual invalidates the warranty.
Polti takes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damage to people, objects or animals caused by non-compliance with the instructions indicated in this instruction booklet, regarding warnings for use and product maintenance.
