Please read this User Guide fully prior to use. Retain this User Guide for future reference.
Never leave child unattended.
LACERATION HAZARDS Avoid serious injury:
- Finger pinching or laceration may occur if body parts come in contact with the folding sections of the stroller frame during opening or closing.
- Keep children away from the stroller when folding or unfolding. FALL HAZARDS Avoid serious injury:
- Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use seat harness and fit it snug to the child.
- Before each use check to ensure the stroller frame and locking mechanisms are not damaged or broken to avoid the child from falling out during operation.
- Remove the stroller from the children’s play area to avoid children falling or bumping the stroller.
- Never allow children to stand on the footrest.
- Never carry or lift the stroller while your child is in the stroller.
Avoid serious injury:
- The maximum weight and height limit of the intended user is 55 lb and 44” tall.
- Parcel or accessory items, or both, placed on the unit may cause the unit to become unstable.
- Excessive weight and any load attached to the handle affects the stability of the stroller and can cause it to tip over.
- Never use this stroller on stairways or escalators or when travelling on other forms of transport.
- Do not allow child to climb into stroller.
- Do not place more than 4.5 lb in the mesh basket or more than 1.1 lb in hood pocket.
- This stroller is suitable for one child.
- This product is not intended for prolonged periods of sleeping.
- Do not let your child play with or hang on to the stroller.
- Never keep child in the stroller near a radiator or other heat sources. This will prevent an overheating hazard.
- This stroller is not suitable for running or skating.

GENERAL INFORMATION MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR• This seat unit requires regular maintenance by the user. Regularly check all rivets and connecting devices for tightness and security. Inspect all brakes, wheels and tyres and replace or repair if necessary. Check all safety devices for correct operation, in particular the primary and secondary locks. These should be free to move at all times. Never continue to use a product that is not structurally sound.• We recommend a service every 12 months.• If wheels squeak, lubricate sparingly with WD40 Teflon or silicone coating. Do NOT use oil or grease based products, as this will attract dirt, which will clog the movement.• Only Maclaren replacement parts should be used. It may be unsafe to use parts not supplied by Maclaren.• Accessories which are not approved by the manufacturer shall not be used.• Any damage caused by the use of accessories not supplied by Maclaren will not be covered by the terms of our warranty.• Negotiate curbs and rough ground carfully. Repeated impact will cause damage to the buggy.CLEANING• Clean frame with a damp cloth and a mild detergent and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasives.• If the buggy chassis parts have been exposed to salt water we recommend that they be rinsed down with fresh (tap) water as soon as possible afterwards.• The hood may be sponged lightly using a damp cloth and a mild detergent.• The seat cover may be washed - see care labels for details.Dry thoroughly before reuse.• Do not fold or store the product while wet and never store in a damp environment as this can cause mildew to form.Maclaren reserve the right to make design changes to any of their products as part of their continuous development programme.This product is designed and manufactured to comply with ASTM F833-10 Standard Consumer Safety Performance Specification for Carriages/Buggies and is JPMA certified. This product is designed and manufactured to comply with Canadian standard SOR/91-350,s. 1(F) Carriages and Buggy Regulations.A B C B B
The brake pedal is at the back of the buggy and has a left and right side. A TO ENGAGE BRAKES: With foot, press down on the left side of the pedal. B TO RELEASE BRAKES: With foot, press down on the right side of the pedal. NOTICE: Brakes shall be used when; stationary, making adjustments, especially on a hill or during the loading and unloading of children.
A Release storage clip. B Grasp handles and fully open out the buggy. C Using foot, push the brake pedal down fully until you hear a click. The Primary lock is now engaged. NOTICE: Make sure both locks are set and look horizontal to the ground.
4 TO OPERATE FRONT WHEEL SWIVEL LOCKS
A USE FOOT TO LOCK SWIVELS: Position front wheels forward and press down firmly on locking levers until you hear click. B USE FOOT TO UNLOCK SWIVELS: Raise locking levers.
SEAT HARNESS SYSTEM. ADJUST THE HARNESS TO FIT YOUR CHILD’S SIZE TO FIT HARNESS, place child in seat: A Pull shoulder straps over the child’s shoulder then attach to the waist clips by sliding strap loops onto the hooks. B Insert both waist clips into the clasp; shoulder straps are secured once the clips are fastened. C Adjust strap lengths by sliding buckles. Belt and harness should be snug. TO RELEASE HARNESS: D Press the center button on both the front and back of the clasp simultaneously to release.A
Fold the hood back, place the seat to an upright position, remove contents of the shopping bag, then fasten the harness. A Using foot, lift up on brake pedal to release primary lock. B Using foot, push down on secondary lock lever. C Grip handles and push forward and inward on buggy. D Compress folded buggy and engage storage clip. Use the carry strap to carry your buggy. NOTICE: The buggy should always open and fold easily. Do not force it. It may be necessary to re-read the instructions.
5 TO ADJUST SEAT RECLINE
A TO RECLINE SEAT BACK: Lift both hand grips behind the seat to release seat locks and slide the seat back to desired position. Lower hand grips to engage locks on both sides. B TO RAISE SEAT BACK: From rear of buggy push seat back to original upright or desired intermediate position.
7 TO ATTACH THE HOOD
A Slide left hand and right hand hood connector onto the hood bar connector located on the handle tubes. B Place rear apron behind seat back. C Extend hood and press down on side hinges to lock in place. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
8 TO FIT THE RAIN COVER
A Place the rain cover over the hood front. B Attach two eyelets (one each side) to the hood clips. C Attach the two eyelets (one each side) to the front legs.
9 TO RE-FIT THE SHOPPING BASKET
A Place bag on the ‘X’ frame under seat with lowest edge of bag at front. B Attach front straps to front legs just below seat. C Attach rear straps to rear legs just above horizontal tie bar.C
TO EXTEND THE LEGREST: Feel through seat corner openings. Locate sliders and pull forward. Reverse this process to retract legrest.
TO REMOVE CARRY STRAP
WHEN THE BUGGY IS OCCUPIED. A Using foot, lift the brake pedal, then press down on the lever sticking out on the right side of the frame. B Press clip release and remove clip from ‘D’ ring. C Slide strap loops from handles. D Using the foot, push the brake pedal all the way down until you hear a click. NOTICE: Make sure both locks are set and look horizontal to the ground. The Primary lock is now engaged.
10 REMOVING AND REFITTING THE SEAT COVER
Remove hood, shoulder pads from buggy if fitted. Using foot, lift the brake pedal, then press down on the lever sticking out on the right side of the frame. A Twist shoulder strap end buckles and feed through holes. B The waist harness back strap is fixed to the chassis behind the seat. To remove, twist strap buckle and feed up through seat base and liner holes. C Feed crotch strap buckle through holes. D Unclip seat cover retaining straps. E Unfasten seat fabric from handle tubes and seat base. F Slide fabric from seat back and base. G When refitting seat fabric, insert seat back support tubes into fabric flap. H When refitting shoulder straps choose the fabric holes appropriate to the child’s size. Twist the buckles and feed through seat cover, seat back and then through holes in plastic seat back arms. J When refitting seat fabric to seat base pass crotch strap buckle through the hole in the seat fabric and then hole in seat base. K Fasten seat cover restraining strap. NOTICE: The seat fabric must be wrapped over the top of the handle tube and fastened by the button hole. After assembly pull the seat fabric forward and backward to ensure it will not come off.6 MISE EN GARDE : Ne laissez jamais l’enfant sans surveillance.

- Buggies purchased from an unauthorised Retailer.
