How to unpack and install the washing machine?

After unpacking, check for damage. Remove the transport bolts. Place the machine on a flat and stable floor, adjust the feet to level it. Connect the water inlet hose (cold water only, pressure 1-10 bar) and the drain hose to the siphon or sink. Plug into a grounded outlet.

How to remove the transport bolts?

Transport bolts are located at the back of the machine. They must be removed before first use. See the manual for precise location.

What are the dimensions of the washing machine?

How to activate child safety?

Inside the door, turn the plastic screw using the rounded corner of the colored accessory from the detergent drawer or a coin. Vertical slot = lock (door cannot be closed). Horizontal slot = unlock.

What to do if the machine does not drain or spin?

Check the filter (located behind the compartment door) and clean it. Make sure the drain hose is not bent. If the problem persists, refer to the fault table in the manual.

How to clean the filter?

Turn off and unplug the machine. Open the filter cover with the colored accessory from the detergent drawer. Place a container underneath, slowly turn the handle counterclockwise to drain water. Remove the filter, clean it and the cavity. Replace by screwing until it stops (handle horizontal). Pour 1 liter of water into the detergent drawer to reactivate the system.

What types of detergent to use?

Use detergents suitable for automatic washing machines. For wool, use a specific detergent only. Follow dosage according to soiling level, water hardness, and load. Avoid solvents and flammable products.

What to do if the machine stops during a program?

Check if the 'Rinse hold' function is activated (finish with 'Drain' or 'Start/Pause'). If the door was opened, close it and press 'Start/Pause' again. Also check the fault indicator table.

How to interpret error codes?

Codes appear on the digital or LCD display. 'HF' or 'water tap' indicates a water supply problem. 'PF' or 'blocked pump' indicates a drainage problem. 'F4 to F16' indicates an electrical fault. 'AF' indicates a Hydrosafety fault. Refer to the fault table in the manual.

How to start a first cycle after installation?

Before the first wash, run a short cycle without laundry with about 30 ml of detergent to flush out test water. Open the tap, close the door, select a short program, and press 'Start/Pause'.
