2305I IMPORTANT SAFETY REGULATIONS WHEN USING ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES Read the instruction booklet carefully before using an electrical appliance en safe the

When lifting the appliance, use both hands.

PART Lid : the transparent lid allows you to add ingredients to the ice cream maker without disturbing
the freezing process.
Mixing hook : stirs the mixture.
Cooling container : the double isolated construction fi lled with refrigerant, ensures a steady
temperature during the preparation and freezes rapidly in the freezer. Place the motor bloc on
the cooling container.
Motor bloc: the 7 Watt motor makes the mixing hook turn.
PREPARATIONS Before fi rst use :
Remove all packaging material and stickers from the inside of the ice cream maker. Wash the
lid, the mixing hook and the cooling container with warm soapy water. Clean the motor bloc
with a soft damp cloth.
Make sure all parts are thoroughly dried.
Don’t use any abrasive cleaners for cleaning your appliance.
Never immerse the motor bloc in water or any other liquid.
Freezing the cool container :
Make sure the cooling container is properly cleaned and dried.
Place the cool container straight up at the back of your freezer or on a place in your freezer
where the temperature is lowest.
The time to freeze the cool container depends on the temperature of your freezer. The freezing
time varies between 6 and 22 hours for a freezing temperature between –30
Tip : always save your cool container in the freezer, even when you don’t need it, this way you
can make ice cream in a short time.
USE Use the recipes for making your ice cream mixture. You can make your own favourite mixture,
as long as the amount doesn’t exceed more than 800g of ice cream.
Remove the cool container from the freezer and place the mixing hook and motor bloc on top.
Once the cool container has been removed from the freezer, it should be used immediately
because defrosting starts straight away.
Press the on/off button to start the ice cream maker.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker, through the opening in the lid. Pour as much mixture
in until the cool container is fi lled up to
.This mixture will expand during freezing. Other
ingredients such as chocolate pieces, nuts, alcohol, … can be added through the opening in the
lid during the freezing process.
It’ll take 20-40 min for the ice cream is fi nished. Remove the lid and motor bloc and take out
the ice cream with a spatula, wooden or plastic spoon.
CLEANING Wash the lid, mixing hook and cool container with warm soapy water. Clean the motor bloc
with a soft damp cloth.

RECIPES ICE CREAM (COLD PREPARATION)
dl milk – 150g sugar – 2 dl cream – 3 egg yolks – dash of salt
Mix the egg yolks and sugar with a mixer to a creamy substance. Add the cream and milk. Mix
everything while adding a bit of salt. Put the mixture in the ice cream maker.

Mix the egg yolks and sugar with a mixer to a creamy substance. Add the cream and milk and
heat the mixture up to boiling point, but don’t let it boil. When the foam becomes fi rm, there
will be a yellow cream on top. Take the mixture of the fi re and let it cool down. Add the mixture
in the ice cream maker.

dl milk – 2 dl cream – 150g sugar
Wash the vanilla stick and slice it lengthwise, so the aroma can spread better in the mixture.
Mix the milk and cream, add the vanilla stick to it and heat it up. Take it off the fi re as soon as
it boils. Let it cool. Mix the egg yolk and the sugar, add the milk/cream mixture, after removing
the vanilla stick. Heat it up again, but without boiling it. When the mixture start to set, take it of
the fi re and let it cool down. Filter the mixture and add it in the ice cream maker.
150g sugar – 150g cacao or pure chocolate – 3 egg yolks – 2 dl milk – 2 dl cream – 1little bag
Melt the chocolate (or mix the cacao) in a bit of milk and than make ice cream according to the
discription “ice cream warm preparation). Add the melted chocolate or cacoa. Mix everything
and let it cool down. Add it in the ice cream maker.
2 cups very strong coffee (or 2 table spoons instant coffee) – 1 table spoon cacao – 2 egg yolks
– 150g sugar – 2 dl cream – 3 dl milk
Make ice cream according to the description “ice cream cold preparation.” At the end of the
mixture add the cacao and the coffee. Mix everything thoroughly and add it in the ice cream
ICE CREAM FROM WILD FRUITS (blue berries, strawberries, raspberries, enz)
400g fruit of choice – egg white of 1 egg – 100g sugar – 1 dl milk – 1 dl cream – (lemon juice)
Mix the fruit, sugar and cream. When everything is properly mixed, add the milk, the batter egg
white en to your liking a bit of lemon juice. Add the mixture to the ice cream maker.
4 lemons – 150g sugar – 2 dl milk 2 dl cream
squeeze the lemons, mix the juice with the sugar and add the milk and cream. Mix everything
thoroughly and add it in the ice cream maker.
400-500g fruit (of choice) – 1 dl water – 100 g sugar
1 egg white – 2 dl lemon juice –200g sugar – 3 dl water
Peel 2 lemons, without the white under the skin. Let the skin soak in the 3 dl water for about
30 min. Strain the water and the lemon juice. Mix this fl uid together with the sugar and the egg
