WARRANTY This appliance has a two year warranty period. During this period the manufacturer is

responsible for any failures that are the direct result of construction failure. When these

failures occur the appliance will be repaired or replaced if necessary. The warranty will

not be valid when the damage to the appliance is caused by wrong use, not following the

instructions or repairs executed by a third party. The guarantee is issued with the original

BATTERY The appliance works with a 1 x 3V CR2032 battery.

1. Remove the plastic protection slip over the battery

before the rst use.

2. To replace the battery, open the battery compartment

by turning the cover to the picture of the open lock

with a coin or other utensil.

compartment again by turning the cover to the

picture of the closed lock.

PLACING THE SPOON Place one of the two spoons with the connection pin into the handle. Push the spoon

into the handle until it clicks.

The spoons are removable for easy replacement and cleaning.

1. Make sure that the spoon is in a horizontal position during weighing. To do this,

you can also place the spoon onto a horizontal surface.

2. Press the on/off button to turn on the spoon. The display will indicate 0,0 g.

3. To change the weighing unit, press and hold the ∑/UNIT button for 3 seconds to

switch between grams and ounces (g/oz).

ingredients or amounts consecutively without removing any content from the spoon.

content. So you get the total weight of the rst and second content together.

3. By pressing the ∑/UNIT button again, you can keep repeating this process until a

maximum accumulative weight of 3 kg.

This way you can determine the total weight of different consecutive scoops.

Press the HOLD button to freeze the weight on the display. The weight will now

remain on the screen, also if the content is removed from the spoon. Press the HOLD

button again to return to the normal weighing mode, or wait 10 seconds.

Press and hold the ON/TARE button for 3 seconds to switch off the appliance. The

spoon will also automatically switch off after 1 minute of inactivity.

• This product is a precision instrument. Handle it carefully and avoid shocks to the
