OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE HAIR BRUSH Dear customer, IMETEC thanks you for having purchased this
product. We are certain you will appreciate the quality and
reliability of this appliance, designed and manufactured with
customer satisfaction in mind. These instructions for use have
been drawn up in accordance with European Standard EN

Before using this appliance, carefully read the
instructions and in particular the safety warnings, which
must be complied with. Keep this manual and illustrative
guide with the appliance for future consultation. Should
you pass the appliance on to another user, make sure to
also include this documentation.
Should certain parts of this booklet be dicult to
understand or should doubts arise, contact the company

• After having removed the appliance from its
packaging, verify its integrity based on the
drawing and any presence of damage caused by
transport. If in doubt, do not use the appliance
and contact an authorised service centre.
• Do not let children play with the packaging! Keep
the plastic bag out of the reach of children - risk
• Before connecting the appliance, please make
sure that the voltage data indicated on the
identication technical data (2) correspond to
those of the mains voltage. The identication

• This appliance must be used only for the purpose
for which it was designed, namely as a hair styler
for home use. Any other use is considered not
compliant and therefore dangerous.
• If the appliance is used in the bathroom, remove

USEFUL TIPS A quick understanding of how to use the hair brush will allow
you to establish the exact application time to achieve the
desired eect on your hair.
• Ensure your hair is dry, clean and without any trace of
hairspray, hair mousse or gel.
• Comb your hair ensuring there are no knots.
• Start straightening from the nape of the neck, proceed on
the sides and nish on the forehead.
• When using the hair brush, while it is heating or cooling,
place it on a smooth and heat resistant surface.
• While straightening the hair, be careful not to bring the
brush too close to sensitive parts of the face, ears, neck

• Wash hair as normal and comb to remove knots.
• Dry your hair and brush from the roots to the ends.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Connect the plug (1) to the mains.
• Switch the brush on from the ON button (3) and select the
desired temperature level:
°° Medium temperature
°°° High temperature
• The choice of temperature depends on the type of hair
to be dried (ne hair - low temperature; thick hair - high
• A LED on the temperature level indicator (4) will light up
according to the selected temperature level.
• Once the brush is switched ON, the ionizer and the
relative LED will light up (6).
• Wait a few minutes for maximum performance and the
desired style to be achieved.
• Wrap a lock of hair, the same width as the barrel of the
brush (7), around and keep it in place for a few moments.

IONIZER The brush has an ionizer - a device that
reproduces ionization, which adds shine
and brightness to the hair. The “static hair”
eect is also reduced.
• Switch o the appliance by pressing the button (3) and
disconnect the plug (1) from the socket.
• Wait for the metal barrel (7) to cool down.
• Clean the surface of the brush with a soft damp cloth.
Make sure all cleaned parts are completely
dry before reusing the appliance!
DISPOSAL The product is packaged in recyclable materials.
Dispose of it in compliance with the environmental
protection standards.
The appliance must be disposed of in compliance with
the provisions of EU standard 2002/96/EC at the end of
its life cycle. This regards recycling useful substances in
the appliance, which reduces environmental impact. For
further information contact the local waste authority or
the appliance retailer.
