SAFETY WARNINGS
- After having removed the appliance from its packaging, verify its integrity based on the drawing and any presence of damage caused by transport. If in doubt, do not use the appliance and contact an authorised service centre.
- Do not let children play with the packaging! Keep the plastic bag out of the reach of children - risk of suffocation!
- Before connecting the appliance, please make sure that the voltage data indicated on the identification technical data (2) correspond to those of the mains voltage. The identification technical data (2) are found on the appliance (and on the charger, if present).
- This appliance must be used only for the purpose for which it was designed, namely as a hair stylist for home use. Any other use is considered not compliant and therefore dangerous.
- If the appliance is used in the bathroom, remove the plug from the socket after use, as bringing it close to water is dangerous even if the appliance is switched off.
- For enhanced safety, it is recommended to install a differential circuit breaker with a nominal operating differential current that does not exceed 30 mA (10 mA is ideal) in the electric circuit of the bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.
ATTENTION! Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, wash basins or other vessels containing water! Never place the appliance in water!

- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
DO NOT use the appliance with wet hands, damp feet or barefoot.
DO NOT pull the power cable or the appliance itself to remove the plug from the socket.
DO NOT expose the appliance to humidity or weather conditions (rain, sun, etc.).
- Always disconnect the appliance from the mains supply before cleaning or performing maintenance and when the appliance is not in use.
- If the appliance is faulty or malfunctions, switch it off and do not tamper with it. Any repairs must only be carried out by an authorised technical service centre.
- If the power cable is damaged it must be replaced by an authorised technical service centre, so as to prevent all risks.
- The device must only be used on human hair. Do not use the device on animals or on wigs made of synthetic material.
DO NOT spray hairspray while the appliance is switched on. There is a risk of fire.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

USEFUL TIPS
A quick understanding of how to use the hair brush will allow you to establish the exact application time to achieve the desired effect on your hair.
- Ensure your hair is dry, clean and without any trace of hairspray, hair mousse or gel.
- Comb your hair ensuring there are no knots.
- Start straightening from the nape of the neck, proceed on the sides and finish on the forehead.
- When using the hair brush, while it is heating or cooling, place it on a smooth and heat resistant surface.
- While straightening the hair, be careful not to bring the brush too close to sensitive parts of the face, ears, neck or skin.
- Leave the brush cool down completely when finished, before putting it away.
IMPORTANT!
Once you have finished using the hair brush, make sure it has cooled down completely before putting it away.
Never wrap the power cable around the appliance.
USE
PREPARING YOUR HAIR
- Wash hair as normal and comb to remove knots.
- Dry your hair and brush from the roots to the ends.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Connect the plug (1) to the mains.
- Switch the brush on from the ON button (3) and select the desired temperature level:
° Low temperature
^oo Medium temperature
○○○ High temperature
- The choice of temperature depends on the type of hair to be dried (fine hair - low temperature; thick hair - high temperature).
- A LED on the temperature level indicator (4) will light up according to the selected temperature level.
- Once the brush is switched ON, the ionizer and the relative LED will light up (6).
- Wait a few minutes for maximum performance and the desired style to be achieved.
- Wrap a lock of hair, the same width as the barrel of the brush (7), around and keep it in place for a few moments.
- Consult the Easy Styling Guide to discover the several methods and effects that can be achieved using the brush.
- Once the hair is styled, switch off the appliance from the button (3) and disconnect the brush from the socket.
Please note: steam may be emitted while the brush is used; this is excess humidity in the hair that evaporates.

IONIZER
The brush has an ionizer - a device that reproduces ionization, which adds shine and brightness to the hair. The “static hair” effect is also reduced.
CLEANING
- Switch off the appliance by pressing the button (3) and disconnect the plug (1) from the socket.
- Wait for the metal barrel (7) to cool down.
- Clean the surface of the brush with a soft damp cloth.
Make sure all cleaned parts are completely dry before reusing the appliance!
DISPOSAL
The product is packaged in recyclable materials. Dispose of it in compliance with the environmental protection standards.
The appliance must be disposed of in compliance with the provisions of EU standard 2002/96/EC at the end of its life cycle. This regards recycling useful substances in the appliance, which reduces environmental impact. For further information contact the local waste authority or the appliance retailer.
