On your Philips digital photo frame 8FF3FPB/00, you can rotate photos in two ways: manually via the menu, or automatically based on the frame's orientation.
To manually rotate a photo:
- Press the Mode button on the back of the frame to access the main menu.
- Navigate up to Photo, then press the Play/OK button to confirm.
- Navigate down to select the media to browse (SD card, USB stick, etc.), then press Play/OK to access your photos.
- Navigate up, down, left, or right to find the photo you want to rotate.
- Press the Menu button, then navigate up to Rotate.
- Press Play/OK or navigate right to access the rotation options.
- Navigate up or down to select the desired rotation (90°, 180°, 270°), then press Play/OK to apply the change.
- Press the Mode button to exit the menu and return to normal display.
Automatic rotation function: Your frame also has an Automatic tilt (Auto tilt) function that automatically orients photos depending on whether you place the frame in portrait or landscape mode. You can enable or disable this function via Settings > Auto tilt > On/Off. This function makes the frame very convenient for displaying your photos in any orientation.
Important note: manual rotation applies to the photo stored on the memory card inserted into the frame. Changes are saved and will persist even if you turn the device off and on again.
