How to clean the NS300 headphones?

Are Nocs NS300 headphones compatible with Android devices?
Although designed for Apple devices, they can work with Android smartphones via the 3.5 mm jack, but some remote functions may not be supported.
What to do if the sound is low or poor quality?
Check that the ear tips are properly fitted and clean. Try changing ear tip size. Ensure the audio source is of good quality (320 kbps or VBR recommended). A burn-in of 10 to 20 hours can improve sound.
How to choose the right ear tip size?
Test the different sizes provided. The ear tip should be comfortable and provide good isolation from external noise. If you hear ambient sounds or weak bass, try a larger size.
Does the warranty cover cable damage?
The 2-year warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Damage caused by excessive pulling or mishandling is not covered. Avoid pulling on the cable to remove the headphones.
Can I use Nocs NS300 for sports?
These headphones are not specifically designed for sports. Moisture and sweat can damage them. Avoid exposure to water or excessive humidity.
How to recycle Nocs NS300 headphones?
Do not dispose of the product with household waste. Contact your local recycling center for electronic waste disposal instructions.
What to do if one earbud produces no sound?
Check that the jack plug is fully inserted. Test with another device. If the problem persists, contact the point of purchase or Nocs customer service.
Why is a burn-in necessary?
The dynamic drivers of the headphones require 10 to 20 hours of use to reach optimal performance. During this period, sound quality may gradually improve.
