How do I pair the BeeWi BBS305 speaker with my phone?

Turn on the speaker by sliding the switch to the right. Pairing mode starts automatically (LED flashes blue/red alternately). On your phone, enable Bluetooth and search for devices. Select BeeWi BBS305 and enter code 0000 if necessary. The connection is established.

How do I charge the speaker?

Use the provided USB cable and plug it into a power adapter (not included) or a USB port. Charging takes about 3 hours. The red LED stays on during charging and turns off when complete. Before first use, charge for at least 4 hours.

What is the battery life?

The battery life can reach up to 25 hours of talk or music playback at moderate volume. At maximum volume (100%), the battery life is about 15 hours.

Can I use the speaker in wired mode?

Yes, plug the provided 3.5 mm audio cable into the auxiliary input of the speaker and your audio source. Bluetooth is automatically disabled. Note that the hands-free function is not available in wired mode.

How do I make a hands-free call?

Make sure the speaker is connected via Bluetooth to your phone. On an incoming call, briefly press the multi-function button to answer. To hang up, press briefly again. The built-in microphone allows you to speak normally.

What should I do if the speaker does not connect automatically?

Check that your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and the speaker is on. If necessary, manually start pairing mode by pressing and holding the multi-function button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes blue/red, then release. Select 'BeeWi BBS305' again from the device list.

How do I clean the speaker?

INTRODUCTION

The Stereo Speaker BBS305 is a high performance wireless speaker allowing both music streaming and hands-free communication. It includes advanced built-in microphone and a pair of 2.5 Watt speakers with Digital Sound Processor (DSP) for echo cancellation and noise reduction that gives a loud and clear full duplex sound quality. The Stereo Speaker is Bluetooth 2.1+EDR compliant and it is compatible with all Bluetooth compliant devices using HSP, HFP and A2DP profiles such as mobile phones and music players.

Warning: always obey local legislation regarding the use of mobile phones in vehicles.

2. USING THE PRODUCT

2.1. Power Supply and Charging

Fully charge the device using the included USB cable at least 4 hours before first time use or after a long storage period. The red LED indicator will stay on while charging and will be off as soon as it is completed. It takes approximately 4 hours to re-charge every time. When battery is empty, during the last 15 minutes you will hear 3 bips every 3 minutes.

2.2. Power On / Power Off

Power On: slide the On/Off switch right, the blue LED indicator will blink 3 times.

Power Off: slide the power switch left, the LED indicator will turn off.

2.3. Pair and connect

Refer to the Bluetooth pairing procedures in the mobile phone or music player user manual. When the device is on, long press the button for about 6 seconds until the blue indicator blinks red/blue alternatively, then release the button. The product is in the pairing mode. Search for Bluetooth devices in the phone, select the device name "BeeWi BBS305" displayed on the phone and eventually enter the pass key "0000" to add the device to the pair list and establish the connection.

Check the connection by placing a call or playing the music from your phone.

2.4. Connection

The speaker will automatically connect to the last connected device when it will be turned on. If it is not the case, just connect the speaker from the mobile phone.

When using both Hands-Free and Music profiles, hands-free will always have the priority, the music being muted in case of incoming or outgoing calls. As soon as the call has been hung up, the music rebounds afterwards.

Note: If the mobile phone supports only Headset profile, the connection will be established automatically when a call is made (refer to the phone user manual).

2.5.Wired mode :

When you plug the jack stereo cable included, the speaker switches to wired mode and Bluetooth will automatically switch off. You have to launch music from your phone, tablet, music player...

Hands-free communication function is no longer active. You will have to answer your calls from your phone and use the phone's microphone.
