How to use the fan-assisted convection function?

Turn the function selector to the fan-assisted convection position. Set the thermostat and timer according to the desired cooking. Fan-assisted convection allows for faster and more even cooking.

What to do if the oven does not heat?

Check that the appliance is plugged in and that the red ON light is on. Make sure the timer is set to a cooking time. If the problem persists, contact an authorized service center.

How to clean the oven accessories?

Remove the accessories (grill rack, drip tray, crumb tray) and wash them with warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not use sharp metal objects to avoid damaging the coating.

Can I use aluminum foil in the oven?

Never put paper, cardboard or plastic in the oven. Aluminum foil can be used carefully to cover food, but must not touch the heating elements.

How to set a timer for less than 20 minutes?

First turn the timer knob to the maximum position, then turn back to the desired time. This ensures accurate timer triggering.

Why does the green light turn on and off?

The green ^ C light turns on when the oven reaches the set temperature. It turns off when the temperature drops, then turns on again when the thermostat heats up. This cycle is normal.

The oven smells new, is this normal?

Yes, during the first use, run the empty oven at maximum thermostat for at least 15 minutes to remove protective odors and residual fumes. Ventilate the room.

Can I install the oven under a suspended cabinet?

No, the oven must not be placed under a hanging cabinet or shelf. It must be placed on a horizontal surface at least 85 cm above the floor, with 20 cm clearance around the power socket.

What to do in case of fire in the oven?

Keep the door closed, unplug the appliance and smother the flames with a damp cloth. Never use water to extinguish an electrical fire.

Electrical Connection (UK only)

A) If your appliance comes fitted with a plug, it will incorporate a 13 Amp fuse. If it does not fit your socket, the plug should be cut off from the mains lead, and an appropriate plug fitted, as below.

WARNING: Very carefully dispose of the cut off plug after removing the fuse: do not insert in a 13 Amp socket elsewhere in the house as this could cause a shock hazard.

With alternative plugs not incorporating a fuse, the circuit must be protected by a 15 Amp fuse. If the plug is a moulded-on type, the fuse cover must be re-fitted when changing the fuse using a 13 Amp Asta approved fuse to BS 1362. In the event of losing the fuse cover, the plug must NOT be used until a replacement fuse cover can be obtained from your nearest electrical dealer. The colour of the correct replacement fuse cover is that as marked on the base of the plug.
