How to empty the dust container?
To empty the container, first unplug the appliance. Open the lid, remove the container by pulling its handle, then lower the bottom cover latch over a trash can. Empty the dust, then close the bottom cover until it clicks. Reinsert the container into the appliance and close the lid.
How to clean the HEPA filters?
The HEPA filters (compartment and outlet) can be cleaned under warm water. Remove them, rinse the pleated side holding the filter so that water flows parallel to the pleats, then turn 180° and repeat. Do not brush them. Shake off excess water and let them dry completely before reinstalling.
The full container indicator changes color, what to do?
This indicator tells you it is time to empty the dust container and clean the filter cone. Follow the emptying instructions (see question 1) and clean the cone by tapping it against a trash can.
Suction is weak, what to check?
First check if the dust container is not full. Then clean or replace the filters. Make sure the power slide button on the handle is in the closed position and the electronic control is set to a high level. Finally, check that the nozzle, tube or hose is not blocked; if so, detach the part and blow air in the opposite direction.
How to adjust the suction power?
You can adjust the power in two ways: either with the slide button on the hose handle, or with the electronic control on the appliance itself. Use lower power for curtains or delicate fabrics, and higher power for carpets.
Can I use the vacuum cleaner to vacuum water?
No, it is dangerous. Never vacuum water, liquids, flammable substances, or hot ashes. This could damage the appliance and cause electric shock.
How to replace the HEPA filters?
Replace the HEPA filters every six months. For the compartment filter, open the latch, remove the old filter and insert the new one by snapping the tabs. For the outlet filter, remove the grille, replace the filter, then put back the grille aligning the tabs and pressing until it clicks.
