How to load paper in the standard tray?

Pull the tray out, adjust the width and length guides according to the size, fan and align the stack, load paper with printable side facing up, then insert the tray. Then set the paper size and type in the Paper menu on the control panel.

How to clear a paper jam?

Locate the jam message on the display (e.g., 'Jam, front door [20y.xx]'). Open the front door or indicated cover, gently remove the jammed paper following the release direction. Close all covers. If the jam persists, refer to the Clearing jams section of the manual.

How to replace the toner cartridge?

Open the front door, remove the old cartridge by pulling it toward you. Unpack the new cartridge, shake it gently to distribute toner, then insert it until it clicks. Close the door. The status indicator should turn green. Refer to the 'Replace cartridge [color]' message to know which color to replace.

How to connect the printer to the Ethernet network?

Plug an Ethernet cable between the printer's Ethernet port and your router/switch. From the control panel, print a network setup page (menu Reports > Network Setup Page) to obtain the IP address. Then install the print driver on your computer using the CD or Lexmark website.

How to set up wireless printing?

You must first install an optional MarkNet N8352 wireless network adapter. Use the Wireless Setup Assistant (Mac) or Wireless Setup Utility (Windows) provided with the software. You can also configure via the Embedded Web Server by temporarily connecting via Ethernet. Enter your network's SSID and security key.

You may be required to deliver your product to the Remarketer or Lexmark, or ship it prepaid and suitably packaged to a Lexmark designated location. You are responsible for loss of, or damage to, a product in transit to the Remarketer or the Lexmark designated location.

When warranty service involves the exchange of a product or part, the item replaced becomes the property of the Remarketer or Lexmark. The replacement may be a new or repaired item.

The replacement item assumes the remaining warranty period of the original product.
