SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read this manual thoroughly before first use, even if you are familiar with this type of product. The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury when correctly adhered to. Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference.

CAUTION

Risk of burns! The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the appliance is operating. Do not touch them.

• Basic safety precautions, including the following, should always be followed when using electrical appliances:
• Do not touch hot surfaces directly. Use handles or knobs.
• Do not intrude the cord, plug or body into water or other liquids to prevent electric shock. You can scrub the body with a damp cloth and make sure the appliance cools down completely before cleaning.
• Children need to be closely supervised any time they use or are near the appliance.
• This appliance must not be used by children under 8 years of age, persons with physical, sensory, or mental ability deficiencies, or persons who lack experience and knowledge of its use, unless they have been supervised or instructed in the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety and who understands the hazards.
  • Children under 8 years of age should not clean or maintain this product unless they are over 8 years of age and are supervised.
• Keep this product and its power cord out of the reach of children.
  • Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
  • Never leave the product working unattended.
• Appliances should be unplugged from the socket when not in use and before cleaning, and parts should be put in or taken out after they have cooled down.
• After the power cord is damaged, the plug is damaged or the appliance malfunctions or is damaged in any other way the product cannot be operated, please return the product to the nearest authorized service point for inspection, repair or commissioning.

  • All switches should be turned off and unplugged when disconnecting.
  • Do not use the appliance for other purposes.

• The appliance cannot be operated by an external timer or a separate remote control system.
  • Always use the product on a dry and smooth level surface.
  • The outer surface tends to become hot during use.
• The temperature of the accessible surfaces may become high when the appliance is in operation.
• Make sure that food in the baking pan or pizza stone does not touch the heating element.
• Do not cover the air vents and air inlets while the product is working.
• Do not pour oil into the baking tray as this may cause a fire.
• Do not touch the inside of the product while it is working.
• Before connecting the product to the power supply, check that it matches the local supply voltage.
• It is strictly prohibited to use wet hands to plug or unplug the power supply or operate the control panel.
• Do not use the product on or near tablecloths, curtains or any other flammable materials.
• Do not place the product next to walls or other products, and leave at least 10 cm of space on the sides, back and top. Do not place any objects on top of the product.
• When the product is in operation, hot air will come out of the air outlet, so for safety reasons, please keep the user away from the air outlet.
  • If black smoke comes out, unplug the product immediately.
• The packaging material is not a toy. Children should not play with the packaging plastic bag to avoid choking hazard.
• If there are small drops of water dripping down during the use of the machine, it is normal phenomenon
• Do not cook powdered food with the product, and it is necessary to clean the food residues inside the cavity, such as flour, oil and other residues to avoid possible flame or explosions.

Use of extension cords

Short power cords are provided to reduce the risk of getting tangled in or tripping over long power cords. Extension cords are available and care must be taken when using them.

If an extension cord is used:

• the power rating marked on the cord set or extension cord should match the power rating of the appliance; and
• the cord should be placed so that it is not dangling over a countertop or tabletop where it could be pulled down by a child or tripped over unintentionally.

USE

Before first use

• Take out the product and remove all packaging.
- Remove any stickers or labels.
- Wipe the machine and the inside of the product with a damp cloth only. Use hot water with detergent to clean the machine, pizza stone, grill grid and baking tray, but do not use metal balls or emery cloths. Leave all parts to dry.
- The pizza oven is heated with hot air. Do not pour oil, grease or other liquids into the baking dish.
- Do not overfill the baking tray with food as this will block airflow and reduce cooking results.

Inserting the pizza stone

As shown in the figure above, there is a roller on the left and right sides of the front of the inner cavity. The pizza stone is first placed on the roller and then the pizza stone can be easily put into the inside of the cavity. This detail is the unique and a new feature of this product. This solves the problem of heavier pizza stones being difficult to fit into the cavity.

Instructions for use

Tip: Place this product on a flat, smooth, stable surface. Do not place it on a surface that is not heat resistant.

1. Connect the power cord plug to a grounded outlet.
2. When it is time to bake a pizza, carefully remove the pizza stone. Put the pizza stone inside the oven for preheating, when the preheating time is good, use the special tool to put the pizza on the pizza stone for baking
3. Select the desired function on the control panel. You can set the cooking time and temperature manually.

Operationg the control panel

1. button: Menu selection buttons and factory setting restore function buttons.
2. After the preheating is finished, open the door to put in the ingredients and close the door and then manually press the button ⏻ . The countdown will start.
3. After completing a cycle or completing a menu, the buzzer will sound 5 times within two minutes (within these two minutes the original temperature and load working condition is maintained) without any operation, the appliance automatically enters the shutdown mode and time digital screen shows END status. Within two minutes: the user can repeat the same kinds of baking PIZZA, fast switching or continuous to do different menu PIZZA or bake any other foods. Note: Put the ingredients into the machine and close the door. You need to manually press the button 📋 then re-enter the set working mode directly into the countdown to start (Note: not preheat). All DC DV 12 fans delay 5 minutes before shutting down, AC cross-flow fans delay 10 minutes before shutting down.

Start/Stop button (I)

After initial power-on, the buzzer will ring once and all the displays will be fully visible for 8 seconds, the display window lamps will light up in sequence and display the function menu, the default "FROZEN" icon and "Function Selection" will light up. "Start/Stop" will blink. Shortly press this button to start the baking program, during the working process, long press this button for 3 seconds to stop the working state and to return to the initial power-on state.

Time and Temperature Selection and Preheat Function (G)

Except for DIY mode, all the other menus are with preheat function. Preheat to the working temperature. For the menus with preheat function, the preheat button indicator is always on by default and it is forbidden to turn it off.

For DIY mode, the preheat button indicator is always on by default but it can be turned off by choice.

When preheating, the preheating indicator light is always on.

During the working process, pressing this button will not have any effect. At the same time, the buzzer beeps 3 times to remind for placing food. After placing the food, press the "Start/Stop" button to start the baking process.

Time and temperature adjustment + button (F)

Touch this button to increase time or temperature.

Time and Temperature Adjustment - button (H)

Touch this button to decrease the time or temperature.

LED digital display (E)

The temperature is displayed at the top and time at the bottom.

Menu (B)

There are 8 menus (see "function preset menu chart").

Press multiple times to select the menu.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Always unplug the power cord from the outlet and make sure the machine is disconnected from the power source before performing any cleaning or maintenance.
• The machine needs to be cleaned after each use. Do not use metal or rough objects for cleaning, otherwise the non-stick coating will be damaged.
• When finished working, unplug the machine and wait for all parts to cool down. Removing the fryer will cool it down faster.
• Wipe the large body only with a damp cloth or non-abrasive sponge.
  • Use a brush to clean the residues on the heat pipes.
