The pump is equipped with a universal connector that allows connecting hoses of various sizes as shown below:

The pump is equipped with a universal connector that allows connecting hoses of various sizes as shown below:

  1. Connection for hoses of ∅ 13 mm / 15 mm / 19 mm:
  2. You must cut off the upper end at the universal connector at position a.
    – Thread a 25.4 mm tap adapter into the universal connector.
  3. Connect a quick hose connector (for ∅ 13 mm, 15 mm or 19 mm hose) to the tap adapter, then insert the hose and tighten it.
  4. Hose connection ∅ 25 mm:

- Thread and push a ∅ 25 mm hose into the universal connector without cutting anything.

– Tighten the hose with a hose clamp.

  1. Hose connection ∅ 32 mm:

  2. You must cut off the two upper ends at the universal connector in position b.

  3. Screw and push a ∅ 32 mm hose onto the universal connector.
    – Tighten the hose with a hose clamp.

Note: Hose, faucet adapter, hose quick connector and hose clamp are not included.

4. OPERATION

The float switch turns the pump on automatically when the water level exceeds the activation height and water is pumped.

The float switch shuts off the pump as soon as the water level drops below the deactivation height.

ENGLISH

  1. Place the pump on a hard surface or use a rope that passes through the handle. Make sure that the float switch can move freely.
  2. Plug the power cord into a mains socket.
  3. Push the float switch cable into the float switch lock. Fig. 3

Note: You should not select a cable length that is too long or too short to ensure that the float switch can be turned on and off correctly.

The cable length between the float switch and the float switch lock must always be at least 10 cm.

The shorter the cable length between the float switch and the float switch lock, the lower the activation height and the higher the deactivation height.

The starting and stopping of the pump depends on the water level for which the float switch floats.

Warning: To protect the pump from idling, you should always keep the pump in an upright position and make sure that the float switch is not stuck in the mud or obstructed by other objects.

Check before commissioning:

  • You should check for any damage to the pump (especially the power cord and plug).
  • The height of the «on» and «off» switch point should be easy to reach.
  • You should check the operation in a barrel filled with water. Immerse the pump in water and then slightly raise and lower the float switch. The pump starts and stops.
  • The float switch must not touch the bottom before the pump shuts off, or there will be a risk of no-load operation.

Notice: Maximum pumping rate is possible only with the largest possible line diameter.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Unplug the power cord from the pump before performing any cleaning or maintenance operations.
  • Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the plastic part. Do not use detergents, solvents or sharp objects.
    – Clean and store the pump in a place protected from frost before the first frost arrives.

Warning!

- To protect the product, it is recommended to use the pump every 3 months for a few minutes.

- Clean and store the pump in a dry and frost-free place after each use, the ambient temperature should not be below 0°C.
