Read these instructions thoroughly before using the product. Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users. All safety instructions must be closely followed when using the appliance.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by unsupervised children.
- Supervise children to prevent them from playing with the appliance. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is being used by or near children.
- This appliance is designed for domestic use only and is not intended for bars, restaurants, farmhouses, hotels, motels, and offices.
- Unplug the appliance from the mains when filling up and cleaning the water tank.
- Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage stated on the product marking and that the wall outlet is grounded.
- Do not immerse the cord, plug, or any non-removable part of the appliance in water or any other liquid. Do not expose the electrical connections to water. Make sure your hands are
dry before handling the plug or switching on the appliance.
- Never immerse the appliance in water. Do not touch the water!
- Check the power cord regularly for visible damage. If the cord is damaged, it must be repaired by the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec to avoid any type of danger.
- Do not move the product or pull from its power cord. Do not use the power cord as handle. Do not push the cord against corners or sharp edges. Do not pass the product over the power cord. Keep the cord away from hot surfaces.
- Do not operate the product if its cord, plug, or body show visible damage, do not operate properly, or have been dropped.
- Do not use the appliance in confined spaces with explosive or flammable vapours.
- Keep the fan away from heat sources.
- Keep hair, clothes, fingers, and other body parts away from openings and moving parts of the product.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended while in use. Unplug it from the power supply when you finish using it and before leaving the room.
- Do not try to repair the product by yourself. Contact the official Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
- Always turn off and unplug the appliance when not in use, before moving it to a new location, and before assembling or disassembling it. To avoid tripping hazards, wind the cord safely.
- Make sure the fan is not placed close to curtains or other objects it may become entangled with.
- Do not place the cord beneath the carpet or cover it. Place the appliance in a room with no obstacles and where it cannot be tipped over.
- Operate the fan in a wide area. No less than 20 cm should be kept from walls and corners to ensure proper air ventilation during operation.

2. BEFORE USE
- This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the appliance out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent product damage when transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
- Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If any of them are missing or not in good condition, please contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service immediately.

3. PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
Assembling the fan base
- The fan base has been boxed unassembled to minimise packaging waste. Each part is designed to fit together and be disassembled easily for cleaning or storage.
- Turn the fan-blade fixing cap (4) clockwise and the back-grille fixing nut (6) anticlockwise and remove these two parts.
- Assemble the back grille so that the handle is facing upward.
- Screw the back-grille nut and make sure the grille is properly fixed.
- Assemble the blades onto the shaft until they fit with the back-grille fixing nut.
- Tighten the fan-blade fixing cap onto the shaft anticlockwise.
- Put the back and front grilles together. Make sure that the holes on each one match perfectly and use the closing clips to keep them safely attached.
- Do not force neither the cap nor the fixing nut.

- To make sure proper installation was achieved, the centre of the fan blade should align with the T-bar on the motor shaft.
- Fix the blades by screwing the fixing nut anti-clockwise at the end of the motor shaft. Do not over-tighten the nut.

Open all the locking clips on the front safety grille.
Assembling the water tank-humidifier
Take out the water tank first, and then take out the body valve's cover from water tank. Then, pour water into the tank and tighten the body valve's cover. Place the tank inside the mist fan's
main body. Make sure that the water temperature does not exceed 40\ °C .

4. OPERATION

Manual control panel
- Always operate the product on a flat, level, steady, and stable surface to prevent it from tipping over.
- Plug the product into a standard electrical outlet.
- To turn the fan on, rotate the ON/OFF/TIMER knob to the ON position and press the speed-control button to select: 0-Off, 1-Low, 2-Medium, 3-High.
- To turn the fan off, rotate the ON/OFF/TIMER knob to the OFF position.
- To set the fan timer, rotate the ON/OFF/TIMER knob to the desired operating time (in minutes). Then, select the desired level of mist. The fan will turn off after time has elapsed.
WARNING: press only one of the speed-control buttons at a time. Permanent damage to the switch housing may occur if two or more of the buttons are pressed simultaneously.
Unwind and straighten the cord before operation. The fan and motor assembly are attached to a 2-position knob. Tilt up or down until the assembly clicks into the desired position.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Always disconnect electrical and electronic appliances before cleaning them.
- Never spray with liquids or submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Do not fill the water tank with water over 40 °C to avoid discoloration or deformation.
- Pour out water from the tank when water temperature is below 0 °C to prevent water from freezing and avoid damage to parts.
Cleaning the water dispenser
If the tanks is dirty, use a soft cloth with cleaning agent to clean it. Then, use a new, clean, wet cloth to remove any cleaning agent remains.
Water tank cleaning
First, turn off and disconnect the appliance. Remove the water tank and pull from the mist tube. Clean it if it is dirty. Use a dampened cloth to clean the mist fan cover.
