How to measure DC voltage?

Set the rotary switch to the AC voltage position. Connect the test leads as for DC voltage. The meter will display the RMS value. Do not measure voltages above 600V.
How to measure resistance?
Turn off power to the circuit. Set the rotary switch to the Ω position. Connect the test leads across the resistor. For best results, disconnect the component from the circuit.
How to measure DC current?
Set the rotary switch to the appropriate A range. For currents up to 200mA, use the VΩmA input; for up to 10A, use the 10A input. Connect the meter in series with the circuit. Never exceed the rated current.
How to test continuity?
