How to clean the humidifier?

To clean your Purearoma 1300 Hydra Speaker, unplug the device and empty the tank. Clean the tank and base with a soft cloth and diluted white vinegar. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Perform this operation at least once a week.

What water should I use?

It is recommended to use distilled water or demineralized water to avoid limescale build-up and extend the life of the device. Tap water can be used but will require more frequent descaling.

How to connect the Bluetooth speaker?

Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and search for devices. Select 'Purearoma 1300 Hydra Speaker' from the list. The speaker connects automatically. You can then stream your music while humidifying.

• This symbol means that the water tank should be cleaned every 3 days.

• Do not allow the area around the humidifier to get damp or wet. If there is excessive moisture, reduce the power of the humidifier. If the output volume of the humidifier cannot be reduced, use it intermittently. Do not allow absorbent materials such as carpets, curtains, or tablecloths to become damp.
• Unplug the appliance during filling and cleaning.
• Never leave water in the tank when the appliance is not in use.
• Empty and clean the mist fan before storage. Clean the humidifier before next use.
• WARNING: micro-organisms that may be present in the water or in the environment where the appliance is used or stored, can grow in the water tank and be expelled into the air causing very serious health risks when the water is not renewed and the tank is not properly cleaned every 3 days.
• Empty the tank and refill it every 3 days. Before refilling it, clean the tank with clear water. Remove any limescale, deposits, or films that have formed on the sides or interior surfaces of the tank.

2. BEFORE USE

• This appliance comes in a packaging designed to protect it during transport. Remove the appliance from its box. You can keep the original box and other packaging materials in a safe place to prevent damage to the appliance if you need to transport it in the future. If you wish to dispose of the original packaging, make sure all items are recycled properly.
• Check that all parts and components are included and in good condition. If any of them are missing or damaged, please contact Cecotec's Official Technical Support Service immediately.

3. OPERATION

The aroma diffuser uses ultrasonic atomisation to transform water and essential oil into mist, creating an aromatic atmosphere.

1. Place the diffuser on a flat surface.
2. Connect the adapter's power cable to the diffuser's DC connector.
3. Remove the cover, add water and do not exceed the maximum line (marked as "Max" on the tank).
4. Add 3-4 drops of essential oil to the water tank.
5. Replace the cover. (Fig. 2)
6. Press the mist button (Fig. 1.9) to start continuous misting. (Note: The device will automatically switch off when water is low).
7. Press the mist button again to switch it off.

Timer setting

• Press the timer button (Fig. 1.8) to adjust the operating time. Each press cycles through the following settings: 1h-3h-5h-off.
• The corresponding LED indicator (Fig. 1.6) will illuminate for each setting.

Light setting

• Press the light button (Fig. 1.10) to switch on the LEDs.
• Each press cycles through the following settings: 7 changing colours – 1 fixed colour – off
• To set a fixed colour, press the button when your desired colour appears during the 7-colour cycle.

Music playback

1. Press and hold the music playback button (Fig. 1.11) for two seconds to enable/disable Bluetooth.
2. Place the Bluetooth device within 10 metres of the speaker with no obstacles.
3. Search for available devices and select "PureAroma 1300 Hydra Speaker".
4. Play your favourite tracks and press the same playback button to pause or resume playback.
5. Press "+" or "-" to change tracks.
6. Press and hold "+" or "-" for 2 seconds to adjust volume.

Clock brightness setting

Press the clock brightness adjustment button (Fig. 1.13) to choose between 3 brightness levels: normal – medium – low

Clock setting

1. Press and hold the mist button (Fig. 1.9) until 12/24 appears on the display, press "+" or "-" to select between 12h/24h clock.
2. Press the mist button again until the digital number flashes.
3. Press "+" or "-" to adjust the hour incrementally / Press and hold "+" or "-" for quick change.
4. Press the mist button to confirm.
5. Press "+" or "-" to adjust minutes incrementally / Press and hold "+" or "-" for quick change.
6. Press the mist button to complete the clock setting.
7. When (Fig. 1.b) is illuminated, it indicates PM time in 12h clock mode.

Note: Press the light button (Fig. 1.10) in time setting mode to return to the initial state "00:00".

Alarm setting

1. Press and hold the light button (Fig. 1.10) for 2 seconds to enter alarm settings.
2. Press "+" or "-" to adjust the hour incrementally / Press and hold "+" or "-" for quick change.
3. Press the light button again to set the minutes.
4. Press "+" or "-" to adjust minutes incrementally / Press and hold "+" or "-" for quick change.
5. Press the light button again to complete the alarm setting.
6. When the corresponding indicator (Fig. 1.d) is illuminated, the alarm is activated.

Note:

• When the alarm sounds, mist and light will activate automatically.

• Press any button to stop the alarm when sounding.

• To cancel the alarm, press the light button to enter alarm settings.

• Press the mist button to cancel the alarm. "----" will appear on the display.
• Press the light button again to complete alarm cancellation.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

To ensure product safety and diffuser efficiency, it is recommended to perform maintenance cleaning after every 5-6 uses.

1. Unplug the power cord from both the mains socket and diffuser base.
2. Remove the cover.
3. Carefully empty any remaining water from the diffuser. To prevent water from entering the device, do not tilt towards the air outlet (where mist emerges).
4. Use a damp cloth previously soaked in water diluted with washing-up liquid to clean the body.
5. Refill the diffuser with clean water and let it operate for 30 minutes to clean excess oils. Empty carefully after use.
6. If essential oils have dripped onto the water tank's exterior, clean it with a damp cloth.
7. Replace the diffuser cover.

This symbol indicates that, according to the applicable regulations, the product and/or battery must be disposed of separately from household waste. When this product reaches the end of its shelf life, you should dispose of the batteries/accumulators and take them to a collection point designated by the local authorities.
