The serial number (SN) is on a label located on the back or under the printer. It can also be displayed in the 'About' menu on the printer screen. This number is needed for customer service.
How to replace the print head?
Purchase a compatible KODAK ESP print head. Turn off the printer and unplug it. Open the cover, remove the ink cartridges. Unclip the used print head by pulling it upward. Insert the new head, replace the cartridges and close the cover. The printer will perform an alignment.
What types of paper can I use?
The printer accepts plain paper (80 g/m²), photo paper (up to 300 g/m²), envelopes, transparencies, and labels. Use A4, A5, B5, or custom paper sizes. Avoid paper that is too thick which could cause jams.
How to save ink?
Use 'Draft' mode for everyday printing. Enable duplex printing (if available) in preferences. Clean the heads only when necessary. Turn off the printer if not used for several days to avoid ink wastage.
