2. OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The blower kit accelerates the circulation of air inside the fire housing. The warm air is blown out of the front of the fire (when installed as an insert or a closed fire) and/or through the ducts (when installed as a closed fire), allowing the room to be heated more quickly. The circulation of warm air increases the feeling of heat in the room for an equivalent consumption of wood. The thermostat controls the operation of the blower (switching on/off). If the temperature is lower than the threshold set, the blower cuts out (the thermostat threshold is pre-set in the factory and cannot be changed); thus, the pulsed air is never cold air.
3. CONNECTION
Plug the blower kit lead into a wall socket with an earth connection and a protection specific to the device (omnipolar device with a contact opening distance of at least
3 mm in accordance with current electrical regulations). Protect the lead against any risk of damage (pulling out, cutting, burning, overheating, ...).
4. USE
BLOWING SPEEDS
0 Off
II Maximum speed Continuously pulses the air at a high rate. I Comfort speed
Blowing controlled by the pre-set thermostat, silently pulses the warm air. On position I, blowing stops when the stove is out (depending on the temperature).
On position II, blowing is continuous and air is blown at ambient temperature if the stove is out.
Position II allows the room to be heated faster after the stove is lit.
Then select position I to keep the room comfortable and ensure that the blowers stops when the stove is no longer heating.
5. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Do not touch the hot stove when touching the switch, as you may burn yourself.
