- Follow the special regulations concerning the disposal of oil when the device is going to be disposed of.

- Check the power cable regularly for visible damage. If the cable is damaged, it must be repaired by the official Cecotec Technical Support Service to avoid any type of danger.

• Do not place the appliance close to heat sources, flammable substances, wet surfaces or allow it to come into contact with water or other liquids. Do not use outdoors.
• Do not operate the device in rooms smaller than 5 m^2 .
• Do not cover the air inlet or outlet during operation. Keep a minimum distance of 1 m between the device and other objects or walls.
• The product's surface will reach high temperatures during operation. Avoid skin from getting in contact with it and use the handle to move it.
• Avoid using extension cords, as they could overheat and cause risk of fire.

2. BEFORE USE

• This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the appliance out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place to prevent damage to the device if you need to transport it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
• Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service immediately.

3. OPERATION

Refer to Figure 2 for proper installation of the heater.

1. Remove the heater and other parts from the packaging box.
2. To mount the wheels, turn the heater upside down.
3. Place the wheel brackets between the first and the last bottom heating element.
4. Secure the brackets to the heater with the U-bolts and wing nuts provided.
5. Tighten the wing nuts.
6. Lift the heater and place it in an upright position.

Operation

• Place the heater on the floor at least 90 cm away from the wall and any other objects such as furniture, curtains or plants.
• Make sure that the power supply in your home matches the technical specifications of the appliance.

• Before plugging the appliance into a mains socket, make sure that the thermostat is in the "0" position and that the power setting knob is in the off position.

• The room temperature can be adjusted using the thermostat. Simply turn the knob clockwise to increase the power, and counterclockwise to decrease it, until the desired temperature is reached.

• Depending on the model, you can select the following power levels depending on the setting:

A ReadyWarm 550 Space White:
Position I: Minimum power: 400 W
Position II: Medium power: 600 W
Position III: Maximum power: 1000 W

B ReadyWarm 750 Space White:
Position I: Minimum power: 600 W
Position II: Medium power: 900 W
Position III: Maximum power: 1500 W

C ReadyWarm 950 Space White:
Position I: Minimum power: 800 W
Position II: Medium power: 1200 W
Position III: Maximum power: 2000 W

D ReadyWarm 11050 Space White:
Position I: Minimum power: 1000 W
Position II: Medium power: 1500 W
Positions I and II: Maximum power: 2500 W

1. The indicator light will light up while the appliance is in operation.
2. Turning the thermostat clockwise will increase the set temperature.
3. Turning the thermostat counterclockwise will decrease the set temperature.
4. Do not cover the heater at any time during operation. There is a risk of fire if the appliance is covered.
5. When you have finished using the heater, turn the thermostat to the "0" position and the power adjustment knob to the off position. Finally, unplug the appliance from the mains socket.

Protection system

The heater is equipped with an anti-tilt sensor that cuts off the power supply when the appliance is dropped or tipped over. In addition, it also has a thermal safety cut-out, a protection system that automatically switches the appliance off in the event of overheating.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Always unplug the appliance from the mains before cleaning.
• Clean the outside of the heater and heating elements with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
• Do not use waxes or polishes, as they may damage the appliance and discolour it.

Storage

• Keep the box for storage.
• Clean the heater according to the cleaning instructions above.
• Remove the wheel brackets.
• Place the heater and wheel brackets in the original box and store in a cool, dry place.
• If you prefer to store the appliance unassembled and out of the box, be sure to cover it well to protect it from dust.
