GENERAL SAFETY CONDITIONS IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

USE OF THE DEVICE

For best curling results, use the device on washed, brushed and dry hair. To prevent hair damage, make sure the temperature is correct for your hair type.

  1. The device should be fully charged before use. NOTE: The device must not be used when it is connected to the mains power supply.
  2. Turn on the device by pressing the switch (1) for about 3 seconds. The device will turn on and the display (3) will show the current battery level of 20%, 75% or 100%.
  3. Press the temperature setting button (2) to set the desired temperature of 170°C, 190°C or 210°C. The display (3) will show the selected temperature.
  4. The selected value will flash until the desired temperature is reached. Wait 2 minutes until the unit reaches operating temperature.
  5. Starting from the top of the head, select a small strand of hair, straighten and comb it.
  6. Open the clamp (6) with the lever (7). Place the hair strand so that the ends of the hair stick out slightly beyond the clamp. Close the buckle (6).
  7. Wrap the hair strand around the roller (5), starting from the ends of the hair and approaching the head.

NOTE: Avoid touching your scalp with the curling iron - this can cause burns.

  1. For strong curls, keep a strand of hair wrapped around the curler for +/- 10 seconds or shorter for light curls or crimped hair.
  2. After use, turn off the curling iron with the switch (1) by pressing it for 3 seconds. Then set aside to cool.

NOTE: The device has a temperature lock function. To activate it, after setting the desired temperature, press the on/off (1) and temperature setting (2) buttons at the same time and hold for about 3 seconds.

CHARGING THE DEVICE

  1. Make sure the device is turned off.
  2. Make sure the device is standing on a hard, stable surface.
  3. Connect the device with the included USB cable to the USB charger.
  4. The display (3) will show the percentage of charged battery.
  5. The device is fully charged when the 100% value on the display stops flashing.

NOTE: To prevent damage to the battery, do not charge it for more than 12 hours.
