How to turn the Klipsch T5 Neckband on and off?

Press and hold the multifunction button for 2 to 3 seconds until you hear a tone or see the LED indicator flash. To turn off, press and hold again until it shuts off.

How to pair the earphones with a smartphone?

Make sure the earphones are off, then press and hold the multifunction button for 5 seconds until the indicator flashes blue and red. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and select 'Klipsch T5 Neckband' from the list.

How to charge the Klipsch T5 Neckband?

Use the provided USB-C cable and plug it into a standard USB charger (5V/1A). The red LED indicator shows charging; it turns off when charging is complete.

What is the battery life?

Battery life is about 8 hours of continuous listening. Full charge takes about 2 hours.

Can I use the earphones while charging?

No, it is not recommended to use the earphones while charging. You must turn them off and charge them separately.

How to answer a phone call?

Press the multifunction button once to answer an incoming call. Press again to hang up. A long press rejects the call.

Are the earphones water resistant?

Yes, they have an IPX4 rating, protecting against splashes and sweat. Avoid immersion.

How to change the ear tips?

Gently pull the ear tip to remove it, then snap on the new appropriately sized ear tip. Make sure it is securely attached.

What to do if only one earphone works?

Check that both earphones are properly paired. Reset the device by turning the neckband off and on. If the issue persists, contact Klipsch support.

How to reset the earphones?

Turn off the neckband, then press and hold the volume + and - buttons for 5 seconds until the indicator flashes rapidly in blue. The earphones are reset.

CONTROLS

1. Turn on the headset by pressing the Power/Pair button for 5 seconds. The headset will automatically go to pairing mode and the status indicator will begin pulsing BLUE.
2. Connect to "Klipsch T5 Neckband" from your device.
3. Once connected, the headset will periodically blink BLUE.

Note: The headset will automatically pair to the last device connected to it when turned on.

TURNING OFF

Press the Power/Pair button for 5 seconds to turn the headset off.

CHARGING

Use the included Micro-USB cable to charge the headset from your computer or USB wall adapter (not included). The status indicator will glow RED until the headset is charged, at which point it will turn off.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

1. You can mute the microphone by pressing and holding "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" simultaneously during a call.
2. You can access voice control by double pressing Play/Pause.
3. You can reject a second incoming call by pressing and holding Play/Pause.
