How to clean the AD42 diffuser ?
Unplug the device and empty the tank. Clean the tank with a soft cloth soaked in a mixture of water and white vinegar (1:1). Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Dry carefully before reuse. Never immerse the base in water.
How to set the timer ?
Press the Timer button to cycle through options: 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours or continuous. The corresponding LED lights up to confirm the setting.
How to change the LED colours ?
Press the LED button once to turn on the light, then press again to change colour (available colours: red, green, blue, yellow, orange, purple, white). A long press activates cycle mode that automatically scrolls through all colours.
Why is the diffuser not producing mist ?
Check that the tank has enough water (above the minimum level). Make sure the mist outlet is not blocked. Check that the mains adapter is plugged in and the diffuser is turned on. If the problem persists, a thorough cleaning may be necessary (limescale deposits can block the ultrasonic membrane).
How much essential oil should I add ?
