Electrical connection

Make sure that the voltage (see name plate) and your home power supply match.

The mains plug should only be inserted into a correctly installed 220-240 V \~ 50/60Hz socket.

No user-serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified service personnel.

A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the hazards resulting from entanglement or tripping over a long cord. An extension cord may be used with care, however, the marked electrical rating should be at least as great as the electrical rating of this appliance.

The extension cord should not be allowed to drape over the counter or tabletop where it can be pulled by children or tripped over.

CLEANING.

WARNING:

Device must be unplugged from the mains during cleaning, mounting and maintenance or repair works!

Always clean the removable parts immediately after use.

Note:

Be careful when cleaning the parts. Avoid touching the sharp blades and another mixing accessories!

  1. After use and before cleaning, remove plug from power socket.
  2. Disassemble all removable parts before cleaning
  3. Clean the body of the appliance using only a dump cloth.
  4. Clean the jug and blades under running water. Rinse and dry fully before storing.
  5. On completion of using your appliance it is strongly recommended that you clean the accessories immediately. This will remove any bath drying out of the residue food. Making cleaning easier and the possibility of bacterial growth.

USAGE

Before first use

Clean the units and parts thoroughly before you use the appliance for the first time.

Safety precautions for your Robot Mixer

- Operating the Mixer with Plastic transparent cover closed

  • Only remove the Mixing bowl while motor is Off and mains disconnected.
  • Avoid overwork of motor. Do not exceed the maximum operation time (6min). Let the appliance cool down to room temperature before continue operating the appliance again.
  • Handle carefully with all the parts.
  • Never place your hands into the Mixing bowl while the motor is On.
  • Avoid contacting moving parts.

USAGE STEPS

  1. In order to lift the arm, press Open handle (2) downwards in the direction of the arrow. The arm will move upwards. Note: Hold the upper arm with your hand so that the mixer arm opens slowly.
  2. Place the mixing bowl into its holding device (Step 1) and turn the bowl clockwise until it locks into place (Step 2) (FIG 2).
  3. Mount the Pot cover on the upper cabinet (FIG 3).
  4. Mount the required Utensil (Dough hook, Beater or Whisk) by inserting the top into the output shaft, and turn anti-clockwise until it locks into place. (FIG 4)
  5. Now fill in the bowl all required ingredients.
  6. Lower the arm using the Open handle (2). (FIG 5)
  7. Insert the mains plug into a properly safety power socket.
  8. Switch the machine using the Speed button to adjust a speed between 1 and 6 (corresponding to the mixture density).

Note: With heavy mixtures (e.g. dough and thick mixtures), do not operate the machine for more than six minutes, and then allow it to cool down for a further ten minutes

Depending on the type of mixture you are mixing, the use of a certain speed is allowed.

  1. For pulse operation (Kneading at short intervals), turn the switch to the "PULSE" position. The switch has to be held in this position according to the desired interval length. When the switch is released it returns automatically to the "0" position.
  2. After kneading/stirring turn the speed knob back to the "0" position as soon as the mixture has formed a ball. Then remove the mains plug.
  3. Press the Open handle (2) downwards and the arm will be raised.

Note: We recommend to hold the upper arm with your hand so that the mixer arm opens slowly

  1. The mixing bowl can now be removed. The mixture can now be released with the help of a spatula and removed from the mixing bowl.
  2. Clean the parts as described under "Cleaning" chapter.
