Do not use this product near water and moisture, for example: near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink or laundry tub; in a wet basement; or near a swimming pool. No objects such as vases should be placed on the unit.

Unplug this product from the wall outlet before cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners. It may damage the screen. Use a dry cloth for cleaning only.

Slots and openings in the cabinet and in the back or bottom are provided for ventilation, to ensure reliable operation of the product and to protect it from overheating. These openings must not be blocked or covered. The openings should never be blocked by placing the product on a bed, sofa, rug or other similar surface. This product should never be placed near or over a radiator or heat source. This product should not be placed in a built-in installation such as a bookcase or rack unless proper ventilation is provided or the manufacturer's instructions have been adhered to.

POWER SOURCES
The Star Wars Bluetooth® Sound Tower operates on AC 110-240V \~ 50/60Hz.
AC operation
- Check that the unit is switched off.
- Insert the plug into any convenient AC 110-240V \~ 50/60Hz power outlet.

NOTE:
- The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.
WARNING: Malfunction or loss of memory may be caused by strong frequency interference or electrostatic discharge. Should any abnormal function occur, unplug the unit from the mains socket and plug it back in.

SETTING UP THE UNIT
- Take out the speaker body and speaker base carefully from the box.
- Take out the screw and the screw washer.
- Align the hole on the speaker base and the speaker body.
- Screw the base into the body by hands with the screw.
- Place the speaker so it's standing on the floor.
Setting up the remote
- Slide out the battery holder from the remote control case.
- Place one 3V -GR2025 (Lithium) battery into the battery holder, observing the polar marking. If the battery is placed incorrectly, the remote control will not work. Dispose of the old battery properly. Do not leave it lying around where a child or pet could play with or swallow it.
- Battery may explode or leak if it is mistreated. Do not attempt to recharge it or disassemble it. Do not dispose of the old battery in a fire.
- Insert the battery holder into the battery compartment.

Using the remote control to operate the product
Aim the remote control directly at remote control sensor (IR) on the front panel. Don't put any objects between the remote control and the system while operating the unit.
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the product before being charged. Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed. Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product. The supply terminals are not to be short circuited. Do not throw batteries into a fire. Remove the batteries if you are not going to use the game for a long period of time.
WARNING: Malfunction or loss of memory may be ca used by strong frequency interference or electrostatic discharge. Should any abnormal function occur, remove the batteries and insert them again, or unplug the unit from the mains socket and re-plug it again.
TURNING THE UNIT ON AND OFF
Press POWER/SOURCE to turn the speaker on; press and hold for about 3 seconds to turn the speaker off.
When the speaker is powered on, press this button to switch between FM mode, USB mode, Aux in mode and Bluetooth® mode.
Note: When turning on the unit, you will hear a "lightsaber™" sound and the LED lamps will light up from the bottom to the top; this process will repeat when turning off the unit.
UNIT FUNCTIONS
VOLUME

Press VOL- (8) to decrease the volume.

Press VOL+ (9) to increase the volume.
CAUTION: Too high volume can damage your hearing. For this reason, please turn the volume down.
Play/Pause/Pairing

Press ▶ (6) to start playing audio files from your paired device.

Press this button again to pause.
-
Press ▶ and hold to activate Bluetooth ® pairing.
PREVIOUS/ NEXT
- Press|◀◀ (5) to go back to previous track.
Press and hold to rewind content under USB/SD mode only.
- Press ▶▶| (7) to play next track.
Press and hold to fast forward content under USB/SD mode only.
NOTE : Some music players do not fully support Bluetooth® audio controls. Play/pause, previous and next buttons on the Bluetooth® sound tower may not respond.
The music player may also turn off. To get the best control experience in the said player, use the on-screen track controls of your music player rather than those on the sound tower.
LED lamps
Press LED ON/OFF (4) to turn the LED lamps on/off.
Note: When the LED lamps are turning on, the red light will lighten from the bottom to the top; and when the LED lamps are turning off, the red light will die out from the top to the bottom.

Pairing
- Power on the unit, press POWER/SOURCE (3) to switch to the Bluetooth® mode. The LED display will indicate “>bt”.
- Activate Bluetooth® in your smartphone/tablet, search for the unit "BT2000SW" and select (please refer to the instruction manual of your device on how to active this function).
- Once the unit is found, enter password "0000" to connect with smartphone/tablet (some devices may not need password).
- If your smartphone/tablet cannot find the unit or cannot pair, please power on the unit again and repeat the above steps.
- The sound tower automatically finds the last device it was paired with. If the unit cannot auto connect the previous paired device, please re-activate Bluetooth® in your smartphone/tablet and repeat the above steps to finish the connection.
Notes:
- The Bluetooth® tower only connects to one device at a time.
- Make sure the effective distance between the Bluetooth® device and the tower speaker is within 10m.
- Interference may occur during playback when using the Bluetooth® function near other wireless devices. If playback through Bluetooth® is problematic, move the Bluetooth® speaker and the playback device to a different location, or use the 3.5mm AUX IN jack instead of the Bluetooth® function.
AUX IN SETUP
- Connect the 3.5 mm cable to the Aux-in jack (13). Connect the other end of the
3.5 mm cable to an MP3 player or another audio device. - Press the "POWER/SOURCE" button to turn the unit on.
- Press the "POWER/SOURCE" button on the top panel or the "Aux in" button on the remote (4) to switch to Aux-in mode.
- Use the controls on the connected device to begin playing audio routed through the unit.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
DC 5V 1A USB port for charging
The USB port for charging (14) can charge all devices with the same power range (5V, 1A). Before charging, make sure the power supply is proper for your device.
USB port for playing MP3
Power on the unit and insert a USB Flash Drive (8GB max) into the USB Port (10), ensuring the plug is fully and properly inserted.
If the tower do not play music from the USB automatically, press "MP3" button (2) on the remote.
SD port for playing MP3
Insert an SD or MMC memory card into the SD port (11). Make sure it is inserted in the right way.
If the tower do not play music from the SD card automatically, press "MP3" button on the remote.
FM radio
Playing the radio
- Power on the unit and ensure the FM Antenna (12) has been fully extended.
- Press "POWER/SOURCE" to adjust to "FM" mode or press "FM" button (5) on the remote control.
- Press |◀◀ and ▶▶| to select the desired FM radio station or press and hold to the scan the radio stations; it will automatically stop at the nearest strong signal station.


Programming FM radio presets
- Press and hold "LED/SCAN" button on the remote (10) to search and save stations in the memory (up to 20 stations). "P01" will blink, then the preset station frequency number will be displayed.
- To play the preset Radio Stations, press the "CH-" (11) or "CH+" (12) buttons on the remote.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

MAINTENANCE
To prevent fire or shock hazard, disconnect your unit from the power source when cleaning. The finish on your unit may be cleaned with a dust cloth and cared for as other furniture. Use a soft, clean cloth moistened with plain, lukewarm water to clean the exterior of the unit. Use caution when cleaning and wiping the plastic parts. Mild soap and a damp cloth may be used on the front panel.
WARRANTY
This product is covered by our 2-years warranty.
For any claim under the warranty or after sale service, please contact your distributor and present a valid proof of purchase. Our warranty covers any manufacturing material and workmanship defect, with the exception of any deterioration arising from the non-observance of the instruction manual or from any careless action implemented on this item (such as dismantling, exposition to heat and humidity, etc.). It is recommended to keep the packaging for any further reference.
In a bid to keep improving our services, we could implement modification on the colours and the details of the product shown on the packaging.
