How do I install the intercom?

Install the door station at your entrance and the monitor indoors. Connect them via 2-wire cable (non-polarized). Power the monitor with the included 12V DC adapter. Follow the wiring diagram in the manual.

Can I add multiple monitors?

Yes, you can connect up to two monitors in parallel using the same 2-wire bus. Each monitor will ring and display the caller.

How do I adjust the screen brightness?

Press the 'Menu' button on the monitor, navigate to 'Display Settings', then adjust brightness using the + / - buttons. Press 'OK' to save.

What should I do if the monitor doesn't turn on?

Check the power adapter connection and ensure the outlet is working. Verify the polarity of the 2-wire connection between monitor and door station. If the problem persists, contact support.

How do I answer a call?

When a visitor presses the call button, the monitor rings and the screen turns on automatically. Press the answer button (phone icon) to talk. Press it again to end.

Can I record visitors?

The system automatically captures up to 10 still images of visitors. To view them, press 'Menu' then 'Records'. To delete all, select 'Delete All'.

How do I release the door?

During a call, press the door release button (lock icon) to trigger the electric lock. It will unlock for the programmed duration (default 3 seconds).

What does the LED light on the door station mean?

A solid red LED indicates the door station is powered and ready. A flashing blue LED means a call is in progress or the unit is in night vision mode.

How do I clean the devices?

Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to wipe the screen and housing. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Do not use alcohol or abrasive cleaners.

Is the system weatherproof?

The door station is weather-resistant (IP54 rated), but should not be exposed to heavy rain or direct water jets. The monitor is for indoor use only.

• This product is designed as a home voicephone and cannot use continuously live monitor camera.

Product functions and features

If you connect other types of cable in the middle of communication cable wiring between monitor/camera, monitor/extension monitor or divide parallel 2wick to 1 pattern, image screen may shake or quality may deteriorate.

Also, wire not used in communication wiring must be deleted or connect product.

Push open door button to Call ends when you push open front door. About 5 open door button and seconds after pushing the speak button once again, button, call ends automatically.
