The Ground Truth image displays a single, solid horizontal line. According to Rule 2 (UNDERSCORE & LINE RULES), this is a stylistic or background line, not a placeholder underscore. Therefore, the OCR result must ignore it and output nothing or only meaningful text. The provided OCR content is "____", which consists of four underscores. This is an incorrect interpretation of the line as a placeholder, violating the rule that stylistic lines must be ignored. The OCR has hallucinated underscores where none should exist based on the GT's visual context. Hence, the OCR result is inconsistent with the Ground Truth.

WARNING

The appliance is fitted with a device to stop it from operating if the lid (N) is not correctly locked into place and the bowl (V) or alternatively, the blender (C), is not correctly inserted.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

  • Before use, clean all parts that will come into contact with foods, using a cloth and hot water with a mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
  • Place the bowl (V) on the power base (B) and lock it in place by turning it clockwise so that the tab on the bottom of the bowl clicks perfectly into place in the slot in the power base (Fig. 2).
  • Fit the blade support (F) onto the central shaft in the bowl (V) (Fig. 3).

WARNING:

Make sure that the appliance is unplugged and that the control dial (A) is set to "0" before cleaning it or fitting or removing attachments.

Chopping or mixing

  • To use the appliance as a chopper, fit the metal blade (G) onto the blade support (F), while for mixing, fit the plastic blade (H) by making sure that the slots inside the base of the blade are in line with the notches in the support and pressing the blade downwards (Fig. 4).
  • Cut the foods into small pieces (1.5 x 1.5 cm) and place them inside the bowl (V) or for mixing, insert the ingredients.
  • Fit the lid (N) over the bowl (V) so that the tabs inside the bowl fit perfectly into the slots on the lid and click them into place by turning clockwise (Fig. 5). Lock the lid of the food presser (I) housing using the special button (M).
  • Plug the appliance into the mains power.
  • Start the appliance, selecting the rotation speed of the blade using the operating dial (A). The appliance has two operating speeds: minimum "1" and maximum "2".

Note: When using the appliance for mixing or whisking, the recommended operating speed is "1". It is also possible to select the pulse function by turning the dial (A) anticlockwise to the setting «P». For the best use of this function, only turn the dial for a very short time (2-3 sec.).

EN

  • For finely, evenly chopped food, remove any food from the sides of the bowl and move it towards the centre using the spatula (U) provided, after first switching off the appliance and unplugging it from the mains power (Fig. 6).
  • If it is necessary to add foods during appliance operation, use the opening in the lid (N). Push the foods down with the pusher (I) on its own or together with the small pusher (L) (Fig. 7). At the end of this operation, it is possible to screw the small food presser (L) inside the large one (I), turning it clockwise.
  • To stop the appliance, turn the dial (A) to "0".

Slicing

  • Fit the required blade, the slicing blade (Q-S), julienne blade (R-T) or chip blade (P) into the blade disc (O) so that the hole in the blade is in the centre of the disc (Fig. 8).
  • Fit the blade disc (O) onto the blade support (F), gripping it by the slots, with the blade facing upwards (Fig. 9).
  • Fit the lid (N) over the bowl (V) and proceed as described in the section "Chopping or mixing".
  • When using the slicing or chopping blade, we recommend speed "1".

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BLENDER USE

  • Fit the blender (C) onto the power base (B) and turn it clockwise until it clicks into place and so that the tabs on the blender fit perfectly into the slots in the power base (Fig. 10).
  • Fit the lid (D) onto the blender (C) and press it gently down until fully inserted (Fig. 11).
  • Insert the foods (prepared previously) through the opening in the lid, without exceeding the maximum level, which is marked on the blender (C) and then insert the plug (E) into the lid (D) pressing it gently downwards and turning it clockwise to lock it into place (Fig. 12).

Note: The plug (E) also has a measure.

- Switch on the appliance, selecting the blade rotation speed with the operating dial (A). The appliance has two speeds: minimum "1" and maximum "2".

It is also possible to select pulse operation by turning the dial (A) anticlockwise to "P". For the best use of this function, only turn the dial for a very short time (2-3 sec.).

Note: For softer fruit and vegetables (e.g., bananas), start at slow speed and then increase the speed as required. For firmer fruit or vegetables (e.g., carrots), use the maximum speed.

- For smoother results, switch off the appliance, unplug it from the mains power, remove the lid (D) and, with the help of the spatula (U) provided, move any food deposited on the sides of the blender (C) towards the centre.

- Repeat the above steps for processing other foods.

Note: Never place more than 300g of firm fruit or vegetables into the blender at any one time.

Note: To prevent liquid spills, never place more than 1000 ml of soups, purées or other liquids into blender.

Remove the protections from the metal blade (G) before use.

Never add foods over the maximum level marked on the bowl (V).

Make sure that the lid is firmly locked into place before starting the appliance.

Never operate the appliance for more than 30 seconds at a time. Wait at least 2 minutes before operating it again.

Never remove foods from the sides of the bowl or the blender while the appliance is operating. Always switch off the appliance and unplug it from the mains power.

To prevent accidents or damage to the appliance, always keep hands and cooking utensils well away from moving blades or discs.

Never use fingers to remove foods from the sides of the bowl while the appliance is operating. Always use the spatula provided.
