Frequently Asked Questions - RB37J5225SS SAMSUNG

How do I set the temperature on my Samsung RB37J5225SS refrigerator?
Use the digital display on the front. Press the Refrigerator or Freezer button to adjust the temperature in 1°C increments. The recommended temperature is 3°C for the refrigerator and -18°C for the freezer.
What should I do if my refrigerator is not cooling enough?
Check that the ambient temperature does not exceed 43°C, the ventilation grilles are not blocked, and the door closes properly. If the problem persists, clean the condenser at the back or contact an authorized technician.
How do I activate the quick freeze mode?
Press the Quick Freeze button (often represented by a snowflake) for 3 seconds. This mode operates for 24 to 72 hours to quickly cool fresh food placed in the freezer.
Why is there water at the bottom of the refrigerator?
This may be due to a clogged drain hole. Clean it with a pipe cleaner or a flexible rod. Also check that the evaporation tray behind the appliance is not blocked.
How do I replace the light bulb?
The model uses an integrated LED lighting that cannot be replaced individually. If it fails, contact Samsung after-sales service for repair.
The water dispenser flows slowly, what should I do?
Make sure the water tank is properly installed and the pipe is not blocked. Clean the dispenser with a cotton swab. If the flow remains low, check the water pressure.
What is the electricity consumption of this refrigerator?
The annual consumption is approximately 270 kWh/year, which corresponds to energy class A+ (old label) or D (new label). This varies depending on usage.
How do I manually defrost the freezer?
The freezer is equipped with No Frost technology that prevents frost formation. No manual defrosting is necessary. If frost appears, check the door seal.
Are the shelves and door balconies reversible?
Yes, most shelves can be removed and repositioned at different heights to suit your needs. The door balconies are also adjustable or removable.
Where can I find spare parts for this model?
