SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the unit, read this instruction manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
Use the unit for intended purposes only, as specified in this manual. Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
- Before using the unit, examine the power cord and the power cord connector located on the unit body closely and make sure that they are not damaged. Never use the unit if the power cord or power cord jack is damaged.
- Before switching the unit on make sure that voltage of the mains corresponds to unit operating voltage.
- Power cord is equipped with "euro plug"; plug it into the socket with reliable grounding contact.
- Do not use adapters for plugging the unit in.
- Make sure that the power cord is properly inserted into the corresponding connector of the unit body and the socket.
- Use only the supplied power cord, do not use the power cord of other units.
- To avoid fire, do not use adapters for connecting the unit to the mains.
- Place the unit on a flat heat-resistant surface away from sources of moisture, heat and open flame.
- Place the unit with free access to the mains socket.
- Use the unit in places with proper ventilation.
- Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight.
- Do not place the unit close to walls and furniture.
- Provide that the power cord does not contact with hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges. Avoid damaging the isolation of the power cord.
- Do not touch the power cord or power plug with wet hands.
- Do not use the unit near containers filled with water, next to a kitchen sink, in wet basements or near a swimming pool.
- Do not immerse the unit, the power cord and power plug into water and other liquids.
- If the unit is dropped into water, unplug it immediately by taking the power plug out of the mains socket. Do not put your hands into water! Apply to the authorized service center for the further use of the unit.
- Do not insert foreign objects into the openings of the unit or between its parts.
- Do not let foreign objects or edges of clothes get between the lid and unit body.
- Use the supplied removable parts only. Do not leave the operating unit unattended, always switch the unit off and unplug it when you are not using it.
- Never pull the power cord when disconnecting the unit from the mains; take the power plug and carefully pull it out of the mains socket.
- Do not leave the lid of the unit during operation open except the "Fondue" and "Roasting" programs.
ENGLISH
- To avoid injury, do not bend over the steam release openings or over the bowl when the multicooker lid is open.
- Do not touch the surface of the lid during multicooker operation, open the lid by pressing the lid opening button.
- To avoid scalding by hot steam, be very careful when opening the multicooker lid.
- Keep the steam valve clean, clean it when it gets dirty.
- Never use the unit without the installed bowl and steam valve, do not switch the multi-cooker on without products and sufficient amount of liquid in the cooking bowl.
- Follow the recommendations for amount of dry products and liquids.
- Attention! When steam cooking food, watch the level of liquid in the bowl, add water to the bowl as needed. Do not leave the unit unattended!
- Do not use the multicooker if the silicone gasket on the protection screen is damaged.
- Do not remove the bowl during operation.
- Do not cover the multicooker during operation.
- Do not carry the unit during operation. Use the handle on the unit body, having preliminary unplugged the unit, removed the bowl with food and let the unit cool down.
- The lid, the food cooking bowl and body parts heat up heavily during operation, do not touch them. Take the hot bowl out by the handles only having put on thermal protective pot-holders.
- Clean the unit regularly.
- Do not use the unit outdoors.
- Do not allow children to touch the unit body and the power cord during unit operation.
- This unit is not intended for usage by children under 8 years of age.
- This unit is not intended for usage by people (including children over 8) with physical, neural, mental deviations or with insufficient experience or knowledge. Such persons can use this unit only if they are under supervision of a person who is responsible for their safety and if they are given all the necessary and understandable instructions concerning the safe usage of the unit and information about danger that can be caused by its improper usage.
- Do not leave children unattended to prevent using the unit as a toy.
- For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!
- To avoid damages, transport the unit in original package only.
- Never use the unit if the power cord or the power plug is damaged, if the unit works improperly or after it was dropped. Do not try to repair the unit by yourself. Contact an authorized service center for all repair issues.
- Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of children and disabled persons.
- Use the unit and its parts for the intended purposes only. Do not use the cooking bowl by placing it on heating units or cooking surfaces.
- Do not replace the bowl with another container.
- Always make sure that the heating element (9) surface and the bottom of the bowl (11) are clean and dry.
- Do not use the bowl for mixing products. Never chop the products in the bowl to avoid damage of non-stick coating.
- Never leave or keep any foreign objects in the bowl.
- When cooking food in the bowl, stir it only with the plastic soup ladle (22) or spatula (23).
- Do not use metal objects that can scratch the non-stick coating of the bowl.
- When cooking dishes with a lot of spices and seasonings, wash the bowl right after cooking.
- To avoid damage of the bowl coating, do not put the bowl into cold water right after cooking; let it cool down preliminarily.
- The bowl is not intended for washing in the dishwashing machine.
SHORT DESCRIPTION OF CONTROL PANEL BUTTONS (2)
Pressing of the control panel buttons is accompanied by a sound signal.
ENGLISH
«START» Button (14)
Use the «START» button (14) to switch the unit on and launch the cooking program.
«MENU» Button (15)
Choose the cooking program using the «MENU» button (15).
«TIME» button (16)
Use the «TIME» button (16) to switch to cooking time setting.
Buttons (17) «-/+»
Use the buttons (17)«-/+» to adjust the cooking duration, temperature and the delayed start function.
«DELAYED START» button (18)
You can set the cooking end time. The time is set in the range from 1 to 24 hours with 1 hour step.
Example:
If you set 2 hours till the cooking end, and duration of the selected program is 50 minutes, the unit will stay in standby mode for 1 hour 10 minutes and then the cooking process will start.
Note: The cooking time cannot be set for the program «Rice» and is equal to 1 hour by default for convenient operation of the delayed start function. Thus the unit starts cooking rice in an hour before the delayed start. Actual cooking time for the rice depends on its type and amount.
«MULTICOOK» Button (19)
Use the button (19) for quick access to the program «Multicook», that allows to set the cooking temperature and duration.
«KEEP WARM/STOP» button (20)
Upon termination of certain cooking programs the unit is switched to the keep warm mode for 24 hours. See the list of programs with keep warm function in the table «Cooking programs». Use the button (20) for the forced interruption of keep warm mode and for switching the unit from standby to keep warm mode. Also you can use the button (20) to stop cooking and reset the unsaved settings.

- Never leave the operating unit unattended.

- Watch the cooking process and switch the multicooker off when the food is ready. Do not leave the unit unattended.
- Do not open the lid (4) during «Baking» program operation.
- In the «Roasting» program the unit operates similarly to a kitchen stove, watch the cooking process.
- Do not leave the lid of the unit during operation open except the «Fondue» and «Roasting» programs.
- To avoid scorching products switch the keep warm function off after «Baking» program ending.
- Attention! Do not move the multicooker during operation in the «Yogurt» and «Cottage cheese» program.
- See recipes of dishes in the recipe book (supplied with the unit). All recipes are to be taken as recommendations as the required amount and proportions of the ingredients may vary depending on local peculiarities of the food and altitude above sea level.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
In case of unit transportation or storage under cold (winter) conditions, it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before switching on.
- Unpack the u it, remove any stickers and package materials that can prevent multi-cooker operation.
- Place the multicooker on the flat, heat-resistant surface away from all kitchen heat sources (gas cooker, electric cooker or cooking unit).
- Place the multicooker keeping at least 20 cm gap between the multicooker body and the wall and 30-40 cm gap above the unit.
- Do not place the multicooker close to the objects that can be damaged by the released steam of high temperature.
Attention! Do not place the unit near bath tubs, kitchen sinks or other containers filled with water.
- Open the lid (4) by pressing the button (5).
- Wash all removable parts with a soft sponge and a neutral detergent: bowl (11), steam cooking basket (21), soup ladle (22), spatula (23), measuring cup (24) and cups with lids (25). Then rinse them under running water and dry.
- Remove the protection screen (13) by pressing the clamps on the bottom part of the screen. Wash the screen with warm water and neutral detergent, rinse and dry it thoroughly. Insert the ledge on the upper part of the protection screen into the groove on the lid (4), press on the bottom part of the screen until the clamps click.
- Clean the unit body with a damp cloth, then wipe it dry.
USING THE MULTICOOKER
- Put the food into the bowl (11) following the recipe (see the recipe book).
Note: Make sure that the level of ingredients and liquids does not exceed the maximal mark «10» and is not lower than the minimal mark «2». Maximal level mark for porridges (except rice) is «8».
GENERAL EXAMPLE OF RICE LOADING
Measure rice with the measuring cup (24) (one measuring cup is equal to approximately 160 g of rice), wash it and put in the casserole. The water level required for a certain amount of rice is given on the scale inside the bowl (11): rice — «RICE», water level in cups — «CUP». Pour water up to the corresponding mark.
Example: After putting four measuring cups of cereal, pour water till the mark «4 CUP» (cups). For liquid porridges it is recommended to use rice and water in the proportion 1:3.

- Place the bowl (11) in the process chamber. Make sure that the outer surface of the bowl is clean and dry, and the bowl itself is placed evenly and is in secure contact with the surface of the heating element (9).
Note:
Do not use the bowl (11) for washing cereals and do not chop products in it, this can damage the non-stick coating.
Make sure that there are no foreign objects, dirt or moisture in the process chamber and on the bottom of the bowl (11).
Wipe the outer surface and the bottom of the bowl (11) dry before use.
In the middle of the heating element (9) there is a temperature sensor (10). Make sure that the movement of the sensor is not limited.

If you steam products, pour water into the bowl (11) so that boiling water doesn't reach the bottom of the basket (21). Put the food into the basket (21) and place it on the bowl (11).

Close the lid (4) until click.

Insert the power cord jack into the connector (8) and the power cord plug into the socket. You will hear a sound signal, the display (3) illumination will blink, and the «START» button (14) will be flashing.

Select the cooking program pressing the «MENU» button (15) consequently, the corresponding program name will be flashing on the display (3) and the default cooking time will appear.
Note: Setting of the cooking time is not available for the program «Rice». If you have selected this program, the symbols «8888» will appear on the display.
The programs «Fondue» and «Multicook» allow to set the heating element temperature. If you have selected one of these programs, the set temperature also will be shown on the display.
- Press the «TIME» button (16) and then use the buttons (17) «-/+» to set the cooking time.
Note: When selecting the program «Rice», skip the step 7.

Set the delayed start function. To do this touch the «DELAYED START» button (18), the indicator 📋 will appear on the display (3).

Use the buttons (17) «-/+» to set the cooking end time.
Note:
If you want to start cooking immediately, skip steps 8 and 9.
See the list of programs with available delayed start function in the table «Cooking programs».
- To save the settings and switch the program on, touch the «START» button (14), the display will show the remaining time indication (except for the program «Rice»).
Note:
If you didn't confirm the program settings with the START button (14) within 1.5-2 minutes, there will be 15 sound signals and the unit will be switched to standby mode (the display illumination will go out).
The symbol 📄 will be shown on the display (3) during the cooking process (the heating element is operating).
If you set the delayed start function and switch the unit on, the symbol 📁 will appear on the display. Once the delay time is over, the unit will be switched to heating, and you'll hear a sound signal and see the symbol 📁 on the display.

To switch the program off, press the «STOP» button (20).

Sound signals will inform you that the cooking is finished. If the keep warm function is available for the selected program, the unit will be automatically switched to the keep warm mode, the multicooker operation time in the heating mode (up to 24 hours) will be shown on the display (3).
Note: See the list of programs with available keep warm function in the table «Cooking programs».

To cancel the keep warm mode, touch the «KEEP WARM/CANCEL» button (20).

Unplug the unit after you finish using it.
-
Open the lid (4). Put on the potholders and remove the bowl (11) taking it by the handles (12).
Note:
Despite the unit keeps the ready dish warm for 24 hours, it is not recommended to leave the cooked food in the bowl for a long time, because this may spoil the food.
Do not use the keep warm function for heating up the products.
Attention!
- Never leave the operating unit unattended.
- To avoid scalding, be careful when opening the lid (4). Do not bend over the steam valve (6) during operation of the multi-

cooker and do not place open parts of your body above the bowl (11)!
- During the first operation of the multi-cooker some foreign smell from the heating element can appear. It is normal.
- Watch the food during cooking and, if necessary, stir the products with the plastic soup ladle (22) or spatula (23). Do not use metal objects that can scratch the non-stick coating of the bowl (11).
«YOGURT» PROGRAM
- Pour milk and leaven into the cups (25) (see the recipe book).
Note: Use natural yogurt with minimum shelf-life free of additives and coloring agents as a leaven. You can make leaven by yourself from special bacteria leaven (you can find it in a drugstore or in health food stores) following the instructions supplied.
- Install the filled cups (25) without the lids into the bowl (11).
- Place the bowl (11) into the process chamber, select the program and set the cooking time (see "Using of the multicooker").
- Cover cups with ready yogurt with lids and put them into the fridge for several hours to stop bacteria growth.
- You can add fruits, jam and honey in the ready natural yogurt.
«FONDUE» PROGRAM
The unit is intended to cook the cheese fondue and fondue with broth or vegetable oil. This program allows to select heating temperature within the range from 70° to 150°C. Recommended temperature for cooking the cheese fondue is from 70° to 80°C.
- You can preliminary marinade meat, shrimps or fish. Cut the products into small pieces of equal size.
- Do not use frozen products for making fondue.
- Pick the shrimps, pieces of meat, fish or vegetables with the skewers.
Attention! Do not use metal objects that can scratch the non-stick coating of the bowl. Use special wooden (bamboo) skewers.
- Dip products, strung on the forks, in the heated broth/oil/cheese.
«MULTICOOK» PROGRAM
The «Multicook» program allows you to change the temperature and cooking time within the range from 30° C to 150° C in accordance with your needs and preferences.
Using the unit in «Fondue» and «Multicook» programs
- Open the lid (4).
- Install the bowl (11) in the process chamber.
- Put the products into the bowl (11) (see the recipe book). The volume of products must not be above the maximum mark and below the minimum mark.
- If you are cooking in the «Multicook» program, close the lid (4) tightly. If you are making fon-due, leave the lid (4) open.
- Choose a cooking program (see «Using the multicooker»), the temperature indications will be flashing.
- Use the buttons (17) «-/+» to set the required temperature.
- Press the «TIME» button (16) and set the cooking time using the buttons (17) «-/+».
- Press the «START» (14) button once to launch the program.
- If you are making fondue, wait until the cheese is melted and soup/oil heats up.
Note:
If you are making fondue, stir the mixture of cheese and wine regularly. Avoid vigorous boiling of liquids. If necessary, decrease the temperature. To do this, switch the cooking program off and re-set the unit.
Memory function
- In case of emergency power cutoff during the unit operation the memory function with the duration of up to 2 hours is activated.
- If the power supply is restored within 2 hours the unit will continue to perform the pre-set program from the moment it has been stopped at.
- If there is no power for more than 2 hours it is necessary to program the unit again.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Unplug the unit and let it cool down.
- Remove the steam valve (6). Unscrew the lid of the steam valve by turning it in the direction of → ↗, marked on its side surface. Rinse the steam valve and install the lid back to its place, then secure it by turning in the direction of ↗ ←. Install the steam valve (6) back to its place.
- Clean the unit body (1) and lid (4) with a slightly damp cloth, and then wipe dry.

- Wash all removable parts with a soft sponge and neutral detergent, then rinse under running water.
- Do not place the bowl (11) in the dishwashing machine.
- Wipe the surface of the heating element (only when it is cold) with a soft dry cloth, do not allow water to get inside the unit body.
- Do not immerse the unit body, power cord and plug into water or other liquids.
- Do not use abrasive and aggressive detergents for washing of the unit and accessories.
