How to install the exhaust air hose?

Attach the exhaust hose to the back of the unit and extend it outside through a window or opening. Use the supplied window kit to ensure a tight seal. The hose must not be bent or extended beyond the recommended length (max 1.5 m).

How to empty the condensation water tank?

The internal tank fills automatically. When full, a light turns on. Unplug the unit, remove the drain plug at the back and empty the water into a sink or bucket. In dehumidification mode, empty more frequently.

Why is the unit not cooling enough?

Check that the air filter is not clogged, that the room is well insulated (windows closed), and that the unit's power (7000 BTU) is suitable for the room size (max 25 m²). Also ensure the exhaust hose is not blocked.

How to clean the air filter?

Turn off and unplug the unit. Open the front grille, remove the filter. Vacuum or rinse with warm soapy water. Let it dry completely before reinstalling. Clean every two weeks under normal use.

Remote control not working, what to do?

Replace the batteries (AAA). Check that nothing is blocking the infrared sensor on the unit. Try using the unit manually via control panel buttons. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

What is the noise level of this air conditioner?

The noise level is about 65 dB(A) at maximum mode, equivalent to normal conversation. In night or silent mode, it drops to around 55 dB(A). Place the unit on a stable surface to avoid vibrations.

Can I use the air conditioner without an exhaust hose?

No, the exhaust hose is essential to vent hot air outside. Without it, the unit will cool less or not at all. Use only the supplied hose and do not extend it yourself.

How to set the timer?

Press the TIMER button repeatedly to set the delay before automatic shutdown (1 to 24 hours). For delayed start, turn off the unit, press TIMER, set the hours, then the unit will turn on automatically after that delay.

What to do if the unit displays an error code?

Common error codes: E1 (temperature sensor faulty), E2 (evaporator sensor), E3 (frost protection). Refer to the manual for exact meaning. Turn off the unit, wait 5 minutes, then turn on again. If the code persists, contact customer service.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• When in operation, evaporative coolers moisturize the ambient air. Over-humidification of residential rooms should be avoided. Recommendation: 40-50 % relative humidity. Excessive humidity of the air can damage the home and cause health problems.

• The appliance may only be set up on water- and moisture-proof flooring materials (spilling some drops of water is unavoidable when the content of the tank is changed).

• With each and every change of tank content, completely remove residual water from the equipment. To prevent nucleation, remove residual water from the equipment and water tank every time after three days of use.
• This device can be used by children over 8 years of age and persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been supervised or instructed in the safe use of the device and understand the dangers involved. Children must not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance of the air cooler must not be performed by children without supervision.
• Keep new and used batteries away from children.
• If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product.
• The batteries contain environmentally hazardous substances. They must be removed from the product before it is scrapped and disposed of safely.

WARNING

Danger of injury! Make sure that children do not swallow the battery. If the button cell battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in only 2 hours and lead to death. If you think that batteries may have been swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.

Special notes on use

• Note that high humidity can encourage the growth of biological organisms in the environment.
• Make sure that the area around the humidifi er does not get damp or wet. If humidity occurs, turn down the power of the humidifi er. If the humidifi er output cannot be reduced, use the humidifi er intermittently. Make sure that absorbent materials such as carpets, curtains, drapes or tablecloths do not get wet.
• Disconnect the device from the power supply while filling and cleaning.
• Never leave water in the holder when the appliance is not in use.
• Empty and clean the humidifi er before storage. Clean the humidifi er before the next use.

FILLING

OPERATION

Insert the plug into the socket. Make sure that it is firmly seated in the socket.

ON/OFF button: Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the device.

SPEED button: Press the SPEED button to set the desired speed (low/medium/high).

VANE button: Press the VANE button to increase the blowing area around the unit. The cooling air is then blown out in a larger radius. As long as the function is active, the corresponding indicator light is illuminated. Press the VANE button again to deactivate the function. The corresponding control lamp goes out. Move the fins at the air outlet up or down to adjust the vertical blowing angle even more precisely.

TIMER button: Press the TIMER button several times to set the off timer between 0.5-9 hours. The corresponding light for the selected time level will illuminate.

MODE button: Preset mode is NORMAL. Press the MODE button several times to change the wind setting as follows: NORMAL > NATURAL > SLEEP MODE. While one of the modes is active, the corresponding indicator light is on.

COOL button: If the tank is empty or there is not enough water in it, the corresponding indicator light flashes as soon as you press the COOL button.

Before using the cooling function, make sure that the outlet valve of the water connection is firmly closed and place the cooling pad in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Put the frozen cooling pad and clean water into the tank, making sure that the water level is between the MIN and MAX marks. Then secure the tank in the unit and press the COOL button. The corresponding indicator light will turn on and the unit will begin blowing out cooler air. Press the COOL button again to stop the cooling function.

If the air is still not cold enough for you during the cooling function, you can add additional ice cubes to the ice compartment in the tank by simply opening the tank cover. Do not overfill the ice compartment, otherwise the unit may be damaged.

The tank can be removed completely for cleaning or emptying the water.

When you end the cooling function, the fan continues to run for another 5 minutes. During this time, the corresponding control lamp flashes.

ION button: Turns the ionization function on and off. This function is used to freshen the air in your room.

To remove the filters for cleaning

1. Remove the dust filter.
2. Turn the filter knobs outward (see figure 2).
3. Take out the honeycomb filter.

Switching off the unit

To turn off the unit completely, stop all functions, press the ON/OFF button and unplug the unit from the wall outlet. Remove the tank, empty it and dry it before reinserting it.

CLEANING AND CARE

Before cleaning

• Switch off the device and unplug the power cord. Always disconnect the mains plug before cleaning to avoid electric shocks or mechanical damage.
• Use a commercially available cleaning agent and a soft brush for cleaning. Do not use chemical cleaners for cleaning.

Cleaning the outer surface

• Wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Do not use water, as it could enter the unit and damage the electronics.
• Do not use corrosive cleaning agents or solvents.

Storage

• If the product will not be used for a long time, unplug it from the mains and pack it away to prevent dust from getting into the housing.
  • After packing, store it in a dry, ventilated place.
