OPERATION

Before First Use

- Place the air fryer on a stable, flat surface with sufficient length of the power cord to reach the electrical outlet. Ensure proper air circulation around the product and keep it away from flammable items.

- Place the frying basket into the basket drawer, then place it into the main unit.

- Before using the air fryer for the first time, let it run empty for 10 minutes. During this time, it may emit a small amount of white smoke or an odour. This is normal and will dissipate.

- Preheat the machine for 3-5 minutes before placing ingredients for better cooking results.

Using the Air Fryer

  1. Power On: Connect the air fryer into an electrical outlet and press the menu button. The machine will enter function selection mode.

  2. Remove the Frying Basket: Hold the top of the air fryer with one hand and pull the frying basket out using the handle with your other hand. Place the basket on a stable, flat surface.

  3. Add Ingredients: Place your ingredients into the frying basket. Do not overfill the basket; ensure that there is enough space for air to circulate around the food.

Note: Before placing ingredients, preheat the machine for 3-5 minutes, the cooking effect will be better.

  1. Insert the Basket: Place the frying basket back into the basket drawer and insert it into the air fryer. Ensure it is securely in place.

  1. Function Selection: Touch the menu button to select a function. Once a menu is selected, press the time/temp button to set the desired time and temperature using the +/- keys.

  2. Start Cooking: Touch the start button to begin cooking. The machine will enter the heating state and start cooking the food.

Note: To ensure even cooking, you may need to shake or turn the food halfway through the cooking process. Carefully remove the basket, shake or turn the food, and reinsert the basket to continue cooking.

  1. Stop Cooking: To stop cooking, touch the start button again.

  2. Cooking Completion: Once the cooking time has elapsed, the air fryer will beep. Carefully remove the frying basket and place it on a heat-resistant surface.

  3. Serve the Food: Use tongs or other appropriate utensils to remove the food from the basket. Be cautious as both the basket and food will be hot.

Power-Off Memory Function

The air fryer is equipped with a 5-minute power-off memory function. If you need to remove the basket drawer to stir or check the food during cooking, the air fryer will remember the current cooking settings. After stirring or checking, fully reinsert the basket drawer into the machine within 5 minutes. The air fryer will automatically resume cooking with the previous time and temperature settings.

- The display alternates between showing the default time and temperature for the current menu every 2 seconds.

- The selected function menu indicator will flash, while other menu indicators remain solid. The start/cancel button indicator will flash, and the time/temp button indicator light will remain solid.

- Press the menu button to cycle through the preset menu functions. Use the time/temp button to enter the menu parameter selection and select between; keep warm, reheat, or defrost.

- If there is no user input for 2 minutes, the air fryer will return to standby display.

- During operation, the selected function indicator light will be on and the countdown timer will be displayed.

Notes:

  • If the frying drawer is not thoroughly pushed in, the micro switch will not be triggered, and the screen will display "OPEN". Fully push the drawer into the air fryer to start cooking.
  • Once cooking is complete, the machine will beep. Unplug the power cord and place the fryer on a flat, heat-resistant surface. Use auxiliary tools like chopsticks or clamps to remove the cooked food.
  • To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, hold down the time/temp & keep warm buttons whilst in standby mode.
  • To switch the buzzer between silent and non-silent modes, hold down the keep warm +reheat buttons whilst in standby mode.
  • The air fryer automatically remembers the last used menu settings (if cooking time is 5 minutes or more). To restore factory default settings, long press the menu key, and the buzzer will sound twice.
  • After use, unplug the power cord and allow the air fryer to cool completely before moving.

  • Preheating: For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes before adding ingredients.
    • Overfilling: Avoid overfilling the basket to ensure even cooking. Smaller batches often yield better results.
