What to do if no image displays on screen?

Check that all cables are properly connected, the lamp is on, and the lens cap is removed. Press the Source button to select the correct input. If the problem persists, use the Re-Sync function on the remote control.

How to connect a laptop to the projector?

Connect the VGA or HDMI cable between the computer and the projector. Turn on the projector first, then the computer. If no image appears, press the Fn + F4 key combination (or another depending on the model) to activate video output.

How to adjust image sharpness?

Use the focus ring on the projector's lens. In the OSD menu, go to Image > Sharpness and adjust using the ◀▶ buttons.

The remote control is not working, what should I do?

Check the usage angle (max ±22.5°) and distance (less than 6 m). Ensure no obstacles block the signal. Verify that the batteries are properly inserted and not depleted.

How to replace the projector lamp?

Turn off the projector and let it cool for at least 30 minutes. Disconnect the power cord. Remove the lamp cover by unscrewing the 2 screws. Use a screwdriver to remove the 2 screws on the lamp module, then pull the handle to remove the old lamp. Insert the new lamp (model Phoenix SHP 180W DC) and replace the cover. Reset the lamp counter in the Options > Lamp Settings > Reset Lamp menu.

How to reset the lamp counter after replacement?

Go to the OSD menu: Options > Lamp Settings > Reset Lamp, then select Yes to confirm.

The projector overheats and shuts down, what should I do?

Ensure the ventilation openings are not obstructed and the ambient temperature is between 5 and 35°C. If the problem persists, enable High Altitude mode in the Options menu to run the fans at full speed.

How to lock the keypad buttons?

Go to Options > Key Lock and select On. To unlock, use the remote control or press and hold the Enter button on the panel for 7 seconds.

How to install the projector on the ceiling?

Use a compatible ceiling mount kit. In the OSD menu, go to Menu > Projection and select Front Ceiling or Rear Ceiling depending on orientation.

How to use the laser pointer on the remote control?

Aim the remote control at the screen and press and hold the Laser button to activate the pointer. Caution: This is a Class 2 laser, do not stare directly into the beam.
