All warranties and liabilities are null and void in the case of defects with the Party Wok and its components that may have been caused through improper use of the appliance!
Safety instructions
⚠️ To avoid potentially fatal electric shocks:
- The rating of the local power supply must tally completely with the details given on the rating plate of the appliance.
- Never immerse the cooking plate in water. Just wipe it with a damp cloth. Should fluids penetrate into the cooking plate there is the risk of receiving an electric shock!
- To avoid unnecessary risks, should the power cable or its plug become damaged arrange for them to be replaced as soon as possible.
- Arrange for damaged or malfunctioning appliances to be inspected and/or repaired by a qualified specialist or the Customer Service Department as soon as possible.
⚠️ To avoid the risks of fire and burn injuries:
- Never leave the appliance unattended whilst in use.
- This appliance is not intended for use by individuals (including children) with restricted physical, physiological or intellectual abilities or deficiencies in experience and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or receive from this person instruction in how the appliance is to be used. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Ensure that the appliance stands with a safe and secure positioning.
- Ensure that the power plug is easily accessible in cases of danger, and that there is no risk of tripping over the cable.
• Never use the appliance:
- if individual components, the power plug or the power cable are damaged,
- in the case of malfunctions, or if it has otherwise been damaged or dropped. Arrange for the appliance to be checked and/or repaired at the Service Centre.
- Plastic bags can be dangerous. To avoid the risk of fatalities through suffocation, keep plastic bags out of the reach of children.
- Do not operate the appliance via an external time-switch or a separate remote control system.

Warning! Hot surfaces!
Tips for safety:
- In cases of danger, immediately remove the electrical plug from the socket.
- Never use the appliance for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
- Always remove the power cable from the wall socket, and also from the appliance, if the appliance is not in use, when removing components and before cleaning it.
⚠️ To avoid the risk of property damage:
- Do not use the Wok pans as cooking implements on other heat sources (e.g. on hotplates), they could be irreparably damaged.
- Use only the supplied plastic spatulas for stirring and turning foodstuffs in the Wok pans; if you use metallic implements, the anti-stick coating on the Wok will become scratched and unusable.
- Do not use the Wok for cutting or slicing ingredients that might be in it. If you do, the anti-stick coating on the Wok will be scratched and become unusable.
- Never place other kitchen implements (e.g. cooking pans) onto the cooking plate instead of the Wok. This could irreparably damage the implements and/or the appliance.
Risk of Burns!
- During cooking, take hold of the Wok pans only with their handles, as they can become very hot during use.
- Do not use the Wok pans to cook soup! The Wok pans are too flat for this, the soup could very quickly boil over!
⚠ Attention!
- During cooking, never pour water into heated fat or oil in the Wok pans! This would cause a darting flame and possibly a fire! Additionally, people located close to the Party Wok may be seriously burned!
• Overheated fats and oils can quickly start to burn! Under no circumstances should you try to extinguish burning fats or oils with water!
This would cause a dartflame which could also ignite furniture and curtains etc! Additionally, people located close to the Party Wok may be seriously burned!
To extinguish burning fats and oils...
- Immediately remove the power plug from the wall socket.
- Smother the flames by placing a lid, a metal dish, a metal bowl or a fire blanket over the Wok pan..
Function
With the Party Wok ...
- you can prepare foods in the traditional Chinese style with high heat.
• vitamins and nutrients are retained in the food due to short cooking times and high heat. - the foods can be prepared without fat or with very little of it.

Placement
Place the switched-on Party Wok exclusively on level, firm and heat-resistant surfaces in a dry environment.

Attention!
The avoid the risks of heat influences and fire in the area adjacent to the switched on Wok, always ensure that ...
- the switched-on Party Wok is at all times located at a minimum distance of 50 cm from walls, furniture and other objects.
- no objects are suspended above the switched-on Wok (e.g. lamps).
- there are no easily inflammable objects close to the switched-on Wok (e.g. materials/textiles).

the power cable ⑥ and the cooking plate ① are not located close to hot surfaces or open flames.
-
the power cable ⑥ does not, and cannot, make contact with the cooking plate ①.
- no moisture and/or liquids can permeate the cooking plate ①. Non-compliance heightens the risk of fire or of receiving an electrical shock!
Before the First Use
Remove all components of the Party Wok from the packaging.. Remove all protective foils that may be on the appliance and clean all packaging residues from the parts that will come into contact with foodstuffs (see Chapter "Cleaning and Care").
Operation
On the first usage, the generation of light smoke and a slight smell can occur, this is due to production residues. This is completely normal and is not dangerous. Provide for sufficient ventilation, for example, open a window.
- Insert the sauce dishes ② into the designated slots on the sides of the cooking plate ①. Then fill the sauce dishes with your preferred sauces. ②
- Insert the power cable ⑥ into the cooking plate ①. If the appliance is positioned with the long side facing the mains power plug, guide the cable through the clamp.

- Insert the power cable 6 into a mains power socket. The appliance warms itself up and reaches the designated operating temperature within 15 minutes.
- Now place the Wok pans ③ on the cooking plate ①.
Ensure that the Wok pans ③ stand safely and upright in the designated cavities on the cooking plate ①.
⚠ Attention!
Never lay aluminium foil or other materials between the cooking plate ① and the Wok pans ③, if you do, irreparable damage may be caused to the Party Wok. Additionally, there would be the danger of a fire!
- Then insert the desired ingredients into the Wok pans ③. If necessary, place some cooking oil or fat in the Wok pans ③. Use the supplied plastic spatulas to turn and stir the foodstuffs ④.
- When you have finished cooking, remove the plug from the mains power socket. The appliance is then switched off.
(i) Note:
You can also use the Party Wok to bake Crêpes or thin pancakes. For this, place the pastry directly into the cavities on the cooking plate ①. You do not need the Wok pans ③.
⚠ Attention! Appliance damage!
To turn the Crêpes, use only the supplied plastic spatulas ④, otherwise the anti-stick coating on the cooking plate ① could be damaged!
Cleaning and Care
Attention!
First of all, always remove the power cable 6 from the mains power socket before cleaning the Electrical Wok and its components! Otherwise, there is the risk of receiving an electric shock!
⚠ Attention!
Never submerge the cooking plate ① in water to clean it! The appliance could become irreparably damaged!
Risk of burns!
After using the Party Wok always wait until the cooking plate ① and the Wok pans ③ have cooled down completely!
⚠ Attention! Appliance Damage!
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, if you do, the anti-stick coating on the Wok pans ③ and the cooking plate ① will be scratched and become unusable!
When you have removed the power cable ⑥ of the Party Wok from the mains power socket, and the Wok pans ③ and the cooking plate ① have cooled down ...

Using the plastic spatulas ④, remove all remaining food residues from the Wok pans ③.

Thoroughly rinse the Wok pans ③, the sauce dishes ②, the plastic spatulas ④ and the ladle ⑤ in warm water with a mild dishwashing detergent. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, these will destroy the non-stick surfaces of the Wok pans ③ will be scratched and become unusable!

Clean the cooking plate ① with a moist sponge.
(i) Note:
The Wok pans ③ can also be cleaned in a dishwasher.
Storage
- Remove the power cable ⑥ from both the wall socket and the cooking plate ① when the appliance is not being used.
- Allow the Party Wok and its components to cool down completely before storing them away.
- Wrap the power cable 6 around the cable retainers on the underside of the appliance.
- For the sake of safety, always store the Party Wok out of the reach of children.
Troubleshooting
Should the Party Wok not function or not function correctly...
- Check to ensure that the power cable ⑥ is correctly connected to the cooking plate ①.
- Check to ensure that the power cable ⑥ is correctly connected to the wall socket.
- Check to see if the mains power socket to which the Party Wok is connected is "live", in that another appliance is connected to it.
If the malfunction cannot be traced back to one of these causes ...
- Remove the power cable from the wall socket and allow the cooking plate ① to cool down.
- Re-insert the power cable ⑥ into a wall power socket.
Should the malfunction not be corrected by the measures described above, please make contact with one of our service-partners in your locality.
Disposal

Do not dispose of the appliance in your normal domestic waste. This product is subject to the provisions of European Directive 2002/96/EC.
Dispose of the appliance through an approved disposal centre or at your community waste facility. Observe the currently applicable regulations. In case of doubt, please contact your waste disposal centre.

Dispose of all packaging materials in an environmentally friendly manner.
Warranty and Service
The warranty for this appliance is for 3 years from the date of purchase. The appliance has been manufactured with care and meticulously examined before delivery. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, please make contact by telephone with our Service Department. Only in this way can a post-free despatch for your goods be assured.
The warranty covers only claims for material and manufacturing defects, but not for transport damage, for wearing parts or for damage to fragile components, e.g. buttons or batteries. This product is for private use only and is not intended for commercial use. The warranty is void in the case of abusive and improper handling, use of force and internal tampering not carried out by our authorized service branch. Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by this warranty.
The warranty period will not be extended by repairs made unter warranty. This applies also to replaced and repaired parts. Any damage and defects extant on purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking the appliance, at the latest, two days after the purchase date. Repairs made after the expiration of the warranty period are subject to payment.

Crêpes French-style
Recipe for 6 people
• 500 gr. sieved wheat flour
• 1 Litre Milk
• 2 Tbsp. Cooking oil or melted butter
- 2 Pinches of salt
- 6 beaten Eggs
Mix the milk and the flour to a fluid pastry. Add the beaten eggs, cooking oil or butter and the salt. Then allow the pastry to stand for 1 - 2 hours.
Should the pastry be too thick after standing, add a small glass of water and stir the pastry again.
Place a ladle of pastry into each of the cavities on the cooking plate ① and smooth the crêpe pastry with the back of the ladle ⑤.
The cooking time is about 30 seconds per side.
Caramel – Shrimps
For each Wok pan you will require:
• 100 gr large pink Shrimps
• 1 Tsp. Pastis
- 2 Tbsp. Soya sauce
• 2 Tablespoons of sugar
- Salt, Pepper, Cooking oil
Wash and peel the shrimps. Heat some cooking oil in the Wok pan and fry the shrimps whilst stirring them constantly. Immediately sprinkle with sugar, blend and allow them to caramelise. When done, add the pastis and the soya sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
The cooking time amounts to approx. 6 minutes.
Minced meat – Surprise
• 500 gr. Beef minced meat
• 1 Egg
- chopped Parsley
- 1 chopped Onion
• 2 chopped Garlic cloves
- 2 crushed Rusks
- Salt, Pepper, Butter
Mix all of the ingredients then shape them into small balls. Heat the butter and fry the meat to taste.
Our serving suggestion: Place the meat mixture on the table and let your guests fry it in portions. For a greater variety of "meatballs", you could mix in for example cheese, mushrooms, paprika or aromatic herbs.
The cooking time amounts to approx. 6 minutes.
Omelette with ham
For each Wok pan you will require:
• 1/4 slice of cubed Ham
- 10 g Cheese
• 1 1/2 ladle of Omelette mixture
• Salt, Pepper and 1 knob of Butter
After heating up the butter in the Wok pan, add the ham and the cheese. Allow it all to fry for a short while. Now add 1 1/2 ladles of omelette mixture and season to taste with salt and pepper. Carefully mix with the spatula. Allow it to become firm as you wish and then serve.
The cooking time amounts to approx. 8 minutes.
