- HD Flex LC Preconfigured Splice Cassette – Available in 2 Configurations:
- Configured with 12 Discrete Pigtails, (12) 40mm Discrete Splice Sleeves, and 2 Pan-Ty Cable Ties.
- Configured with a 12-Fiber Ribbon Pigtail, (1) 40mm Ribbon Splice Sleeve, and 2 Pan-Ty Cable Ties.

Remove cover and internal dust caps.
It is recommended to use Panduit cable assemblies. Note: When using jacketed patch cords, use maximum cable diameter of 2.0mm and maximum connector length of 2.0 inches (from end of ferrule to end of boot).
Install patch cords and route cables as shown.

Routing tabs Kevlar Cable jacketStrip incoming field cable outer jacket 20 inches. Secure with Pan-Ty Cable Ties, and Kevlar with screw (optional). Max cable diameter: 7.4mm
Expose all fiber ends for splicing. Slide a splice sleeve onto either the (pigtail or field) fiber. Strip off approximately 35mm of coating from each fiber. Wipe the bare fiber with a lint-free tissue soaked with isopropyl alcohol. Cleave the fiber so that 10mm
