Children being supervised not to play with the appliance.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Please carefully read the important safety instructions and keep these instructions.

IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

* Our appliances are intended for domestic use. Do not use for industrial purposes.
* Pull out the plug while assembling and disassembling the appliance.
* Close supervision is required while using any appliance near children.
* Make sure that you carry the appliance with both hands holding from the motor body piece. Do not carry the appliance by holding from only the hopper plate or hood.
* Never feed the food manually. Always use the food pusher.
* Do not grind hard substances such as bones, nuts, etc.
* Do not grind other hard fibrous substances.
* The continuous operation of the meat grinder should not exceed 5 minutes. Time intervals of 5 minutes should be allowed for the motor to cool down.
* While the appliance is in operation, reverse function should not be applied (e.g., changing the switch from "ON" to "REV" position or vice versa), wait at least 1 minute until the grinder reaches a complete stop. Otherwise, an abnormal noise, vibration or a temporary electrical spark can occur at the appliance. This can cause a damage at the appliance and frighten the user.
* Some food shall be left at the grinder hood after use. This is normal. There might be some black metal dust stuck to the food floor at one end. Please gather and dispose them, do not eat.
* In order to avoid clogging, do not force the appliance to operate with excess pressure.
* Do not turn on the appliance if the circuit breaker is activated.
* Never try to replace or repair the parts by yourself.
* If their physical, perceptual or mental capabilities prevent the safe use of this appliance by children or other people, then this appliance is not intended for use by such people without aid or supervision.
* The children should be supervised so that they do not play with the appliance.
* If the power cable or the plug is damaged, do not use the appliance. To avoid dangerous situations, the appliance should be replaced by an approved technical service center.

FIRST USE

* Make sure that the voltage displayed at the evaluation tag correspond to the mains voltage at your home.

* Wash all parts (excluding the main body) with hot soapy water.
* Before plugging in, make sure that the "ON/OFF/REV" switch is in the "OFF" position.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY

* Insert into the inlet holding the hood in one hand, rotate anticlockwise to tighten the hood (Figure.1).
* Insert the feed screw to the hood, insert the feed screw by rotating slightly, holding from the short end, until it fits on the motor body (Figure.2).
* Place the cutter blade on the feed screw shaft as shown in the figure such that the blade shall face the front (Figure.3). If it is not inserted properly, the meat will not be ground.
* Place the desired meat plate by inserting it on the dentation present at the slot on the cutter blade (Figure.4).
* Support or press on the center of the cutter plate with your hand and then screw the fixation cap with your under hand until it tightens (Figure.5). Do not over-tighten.
* Place the food tray at the food entry point of the hood and fixate.
* Place the appliance on a stable place.
* The bottom and back-side air inlet of the motor body should be left free and should not be clogged.

MEAT GRINDING PROCESS

* Divide all the food into pieces (thin, boneless and non-fat meat is recommended, average size: 20 mm x 20 mm x 60 mm) thereby, they will easily fit into the hopper inlet.
* Plug the appliance in (15) turn the "ON/REV" switch to "ON" position (14).
* Press ON button among the triple combination buttons (13) present on the top part of the appliance. Your appliance shall start to operate.
* To stop the appliance or in case of emergency, press OFF button.

* After you finish your work, press the apparatus release button, rotate the hood (3) in clockwise direction and pull out.
* Feed the food from the hopper plate. Only use the food pusher.
* After use, turn off the appliance or pull of the plug from the power source.
* Do not wash the metal parts of the appliance in a washing machine.

* In case of any jamming or a need for reversing, place the ON/REV switch (14) in R (REV) position and from the triple combination buttons at the top part of the appliance (13), keep the REV button pressed.

* The feed screw shall be rotating in reverse direction and the hood shall be emptied.

* If this does not work, turn off the appliance and clean it.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

DISASSEMBLY

CAUTION !! Before starting this process, make sure that you have pulled the plug of the appliance.

* Make sure that the motor is at full stop.

* Pull off the electricity plug.

* Disassemble the hood of the appliance by applying the steps of assembly instructions in reverse order.

* To easily remove the cutter plate, place a screwdriver between the plate and hood as shown in the figure and then lift up.

CLEANING

* Remove any meat, etc. Wash each part with hot soapy water.
* A chlorinated whitening solution will cause discoloration at the aluminum surfaces.
* Do not immerse the motor body in water, only clean it with a damp cloth.
* Do not clean the body of the appliance with any substance (other than soap), otherwise discoloration will occur.
* Clean all the cutter parts with a cloth dampened with water-vegetable oil.

• Mount the metal auger on the body.
• Mount plastic auger and grater plate onto metal auger.
• Clinch the sauce apparatus with metal gear.
• Mount the plastic gear onto the gear at body.
• Lastly mount sauce grater plate onto grater plate.
