Mounting Instructions

HITACHI PDADJ PLASMA MOUNT

For sizes 32", 37", 42" & 50"

1. Please read your plasma screen instruction manual prior to installation of this product, carefully noting safety concerns regarding installation location.
2. Always have 2 people working on the installation
3. Care must be taken, that the wall to be used, is of sufficient strength. Only fix to solid timber studs, or to brickwork
4. Install wall plate (Part 1) in required position, using heavy duty screws or concrete anchors. Pay particular attention to keep the plate level.
5. Install cabling, according to your manufacturer's instructions.
6. Loosen angle adjusting nuts, and pull pivots forward. (see fig 1)
7. Remove the 6mm retaining screws (see fig 2) and lift off parts 3 (see fig 3) and fix to the back of the TV panel using bolts provided (see fig 4)
8. Employing 2 people, lift the TV panel, and hook onto the pivot brackets.
9. Refit the two 6mm retaining screws into pivot brackets (parts 2&3)
10. Tilt panel to desired viewing angle (from 0^ - 20^ ) and tighten locknuts (see fig 1)
11. Finalise all electrical connections.

Loosen angle-adjusting nuts (shown in green) on both sides, and pull pivots forward.

Remove 6mm retaining screws (indicated above in red), which hold parts 2 & 3 together.

Remove part 3, by lifting (as shown above) and fix to the back of the TV panel, using the bolts provided.

Please Note: The Hitachi PDADJ bracket is factory set for the 50" panel For 32" size see fig 5, and for 37" and 42" sizes see fig 6.
