Caution

Rasonic RAO-T32C - Caution - 1

When the appliance is in use or just after use, the surfaces may become hot and hot steam is released through the air outlet. Keep yourself at a safe distance from them. 4. First use

  1. Remove all the packaging materials and stickers from the appliance.
  2. Pull the basket base out of the appliance and place the basket base on a flat and stable surface. Then press the basket release button and lift up the basket from the basket base.
  3. Thoroughly clean the basket, basket base, bake pan and cake pan with hot water, some washing-up liquid and non-abrasive material such as sponge, then wipe them dry.
  4. Use a damp cloth to clean the inside and outside of the appliance, then wipe it dry.
  5. Place the basket into the basket base and then slide the basket base back into the appliance.

※ Caution: The appliance may produce some smoke for the first use and it is normal.

5. Operation Instructions

5.1 The cooking temperature and time of different auto functions are shown on the below table:-

5.2 Basic Operation

  1. Insert the plug to the power socket, a beep sound will be heard. The display screen will switch on, the cooking time (☐) will show 10:00 and the temperature (☒) will show 160°C, which indicate the appliance is in stand-by mode.
  2. Pull the basket base out of the appliance.
  3. Put the food in the basket. Do not fill the basket beyond the MAX indication.
  4. Slide the basket base back into the appliance.
  5. If the cooking temperature is required to adjust, press the temperature control [+] or [-] button to set the temperature. The temperature control range is between 80^ and 200^ .
  6. If the cooking time is required to adjust, press the cooking time [+] or [-] button to set the time. The cooking time range is between 1 minute and 30 minutes.
    ※ You can follow step 5 and 6 for setting, or alternatively press【Auto function】button directly to select the auto function which the default temperature and time are set.
  7. After setting, press [Start] button to turn on the appliance, a beep sound will be heard. The baking icon (_) and the fan icon (_) on the display screen will flash and the cooking time will start to count down.
  8. After cook, 5 beep sounds will be heard. The baking icon ( 🎯 ) on the display screen will light on. The fan icon ( ⚙ ) will keep flashing, the fan will continuously operate for 20 seconds, then the appliance will go back to the stand-by mode.
  9. When the appliance is not in use, the plug must be removed from the power socket.

5.3 Pause and Cancel Function

  1. To pause the operation during the cooking, such as checking the degree of baking result or add the spices. Press 【Start】button, the appliance will be paused after 20 seconds. Press the 【Start】button again to resume the operation.
  2. Or directly pull the basket base out of the appliance, the appliance will pause the operation within 5 seconds. Slide the basket base back to the original position, the appliance will resume the operation.
  3. To stop or cancel the operation, press【Cancel】button, the appliance will return to stand-by mode after 20 seconds.

5.4 Cooking Guide

  1. To detach the basket from the basket base, the basket base must be put on a flat and stable surface before pressing the basket release button, then pick up the basket from the basket base.
  2. Frosted food may take longer time to cook. The cooking time should be adjusted according to the actual cooking condition.
  3. The cooking time is varied with different food temperature, types, quantity etc. The cooking time should be adjusted according to the actual cooking condition.
  4. Always pay attention to the food during cooking to avoid food burns.
  5. During the halfway of cooking, you can pull out the basket and shake the food, so the baking effect can be more even.
  6. If baking the cake, please put the cake batter into the cake pan, then put the cake pan in the basket.
  7. If cooking the small-sized ingredients such as sesame, please put the ingredients into the cake pan, then put it in the basket for baking.

6. Cleaning and Storage

  1. Before cleaning, the power plug must be removed and let the appliance cool down completely.
    ※ Hints: Take out the basket base can make the appliance cool down more quickly.
  2. When clean the accessories such as the basket, basket base, cake pan and bake pan, please use soft material such as sponge and detergent to clean. Rinse with water and rub them dry. Put them in place after cleaned.
  3. If food residues stick on the basket or the basket base, put the basket in the basket base and fill in hot water with some washing-up liquid. Let them soak for 10 minutes, then rinse and wipe them dry.
  4. Clean the inside of the appliance and accessories after every use to avoid grease or food residues accumulated and cause smoke or fire during use.
  5. For the inside and outside of appliance, use a damp cloth to clean and wipe them dry.
  6. Never use poisonous or corrosive detergent or harsh tools (e.g. metal wired brush) to clean.
  7. When store, put it in a box and store in a dry place.
  8. When store, never wrap the power cord tightly around the appliance or put any pressure on the power cord, it is to avoid power cord damage.

- The basket is not placed in the basket base correctly.- Push down the basket into the basket base until a click sound heard.
5. White smoke comes out of the appliance.- The cooking food is too greasy.- As the food is too greasy, a large amount of oil will leak into the basket base. The oil produces white smoke and the appliance may heat up more than usual.

Warranty service does not cover the repair or replacement of consumable parts such as the housing, basket, and other accessories, etc. If the appliance is used improperly, for commercial or semi-commercial use, or not following the instructions in the operation manual, the warranty becomes invalid and our company will refuse any liability and repairing cost for the damage caused.
