IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using any electrical appliance basic precautions should be followed. Please read the following instructions as they are for your benefit and safety:

DANGER - TO REDUCE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK

  1. Always unplug the unit when not in use, before cleaning or when adding or removing parts. Please read the instructions carefully before using any appliance.
  2. Always ensure that the voltage on the rating label corresponds to the mains voltage in your home.
  3. Incorrect operation and improper use can damage the appliance and cause injury to the user.
  4. The appliance is intended for household use only. Commercial use invalids the warranty and the supplier cannot be held responsible for injury or damage caused when using the appliance for any other purpose than that intended.
  5. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on or near children, invalids or disabled persons.
  6. Check the power cord and plug regularly for any damage. If the cord or the plug is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified person in order to avoid an electrical hazard.

  7. Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped or damaged in any way. In case of damage, take the unit in for examination and/or repair by an authorized service agent

  19. Ensure that the switch is in the "Off" position after each use. To disconnect, turn control to OFF position and then remove plug from outlet.

  20. The manufacturer does not accept responsibility for any damage or injury caused by improper or incorrect use, or for repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel.

  21. In case of technical problems, switch off the appliance and do not attempt to repair it yourself. Return the appliance to an authorized service facility for examination, adjustment or repair. Always insist on the use of original spare parts. Failure to comply with the above mentioned pre-cautions and instructions, could affect the safe operation of this machine.

  22. Continued operation for more than 45 minutes is not recommended. Extensive use could lead to the produce's overheating. In the event of overheating, discontinue use and allow the unit to cool before operating.
  23. Do not operate under blanket. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
  24. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

CAUTION

  • Do not exceed 45 minutes in any one area of the body.
  • Never use this massager as a substitute for medical attention. Persistent ailments and symptoms could indicate a more serious condition.
  • Never use this massager directly on open wounds or bruised areas.
    • Not to be used by children below 12 years of age.
  • This unit is not intended for use if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure or have a high risk of having a heart attack.
  • Never use while sleeping.
  • No not use on or near eyes or other highly sensitive areas.

  • Do not use while bathing or in a shower.

  • Do not place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a tub sink. Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.

Never operate the appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return this appliance to a service center for examination and repair.

Extensive use could lead to the produce's overheating. In the event of overheating, discontinue use and allow the unit to cool before operating.

Never drop or insert any object into an opening.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

- Plug the unit into the wall socket and switch on the wall socket.

- Switch on the unit by using the switch on the remote

- To switch on the massage function, move the MASSAGE button to "HI" or "LO", as indicated on the remote.

- To switch off the massage function, move the MASSAGE button to the "OFF" position.

- To switch on the heat function, move the HEAT button to "HI or LO", as indicated on the remote.

- To switch off the heat function, move the HEAT button to the "OFF" position.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

• This unit is maintenance free.
- If a fault does occur, ensure that the mains power adapter is properly connected.
- If the unit becomes faulty, do not try to repair it yourself.

- This appliance is for household use only and is not user-service-able

- Always remember to unplug the unit from the electrical outlet when not in use and before cleaning.

- Do not use bleach or other abrasive substance or solvents to clean your foot warmer as it can be damaging to the finish.

- The electric foot warmer should be kept clean, because it may not be washed or dry-cleaned.

- Before cleaning the foot warmer, always disconnect the plug from the mains and allow it to cool down.

- The foot warmer can be cleaned with a dry, soft brush.

- Small marks can be removed with a cloth or a slightly damp sponge, using a mild liquid cleaner.

- The foot warmer may not become wet, if it becomes damp it must be air dried.

- Store the foot warmer in a dry place and do not place any objects on top of it.

CLEANING THE FLEECE LINER

  • Before cleaning the foot warmer, the liner must be taken out.
  • The liner can be cleaned with a damp cloth or according to the care instructions on the labels.
  • Use solvent-free cleaners only.
  • Only use the foot warmer again, once the liner is completely dry.
