● Preparing for use / Use
Assembly
□ Unpack the product and the accessories carefully.
Note: When you are unpacking the components make sure that you do not unintentionally throw away any of the assembly materials.
Place the water container 12 on a flat and even supporting surface near a mains socket (230-240 V\~, 50 Hz).
□ Mount the lamp attachment assembly 1 on to the ornamental stone 2. To do this, position the lamp attachment 4 exactly over the holes for the lamp attachment 3 and fix it firmly in place by screwing in the screws 5 (see Figure A). Use a PH1 screwdriver to tighten the screws.
☐ Fill the water container 12 with water up to the MAX marking (inside wall) of the water container 12.
☐ Increase (MAX) or reduce (MIN) the flow of water issuing from the ornamental stone 2 by means the + / - slider 14 (Fig. C).
Place the base 6 with the attached pump 8 on the water container 12 and guide the lead from the pump 8 through the recess 16.
□ Decorate the base 6 with the pebbles 13.
☐ Your tabletop fountain is now ready for use.
- Switching the tabletop fountain on and off
☐ Insert the adapter 11 into a properly installed mains socket to switch the tabletop fountain on. The lamp halogen bulb 18 illuminates and water flows out of the ornamental stone 2.
Note: Brush your hand across the water outlet in the ornamental stone 2 to ensure that the water flows evenly out of the ornamental stone.
☐ Pull the adapter 11 out of the socket to switch off the tabletop fountain.
● Changing the distilled water
WARNING! RISK OF LOSS OF LIFE BY ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Ensure that the adapter 11 does not fall into the water or come into contact with water.
Note: To prevent algae from forming, change the water at regular intervals - at least 1 x per week - and clean the water container [12]
WARNING! RISK OF LOSS OF LIFE BY ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Pull the adapter 11 out of the socket.
☐ Remove the base 6 together with ornamental stone 2 from the water container 12.
☐ Pull the connection hose 7 from the connection piece 15.
Place the base 6 together with the ornamental stone 2 lamp attachment assembly 1 and pump 8 carefully to one side.
☐ Pour the water carefully out of the drainage hole 9. Clean the water container 12 with a soft cloth (or similar) and a little cleaning agent, if necessary. Remove limescale deposits from the water container 12 when required using an ordinary limescale remover.
☐ Fill the water container 12 with fresh water up to the MAX marking (inside wall) of the water container.
☐ Reassemble the tabletop fountain (see "Assembly").
● Replacing the bulb

WARNING! RISK TO LIFE FROM ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Pull the adapter 11 out of the mains socket before performing any tasks on the product.
☐ Release the screws 17 on the lamp attachment assembly 1 using a screwdriver (see Figure B).
☐ Take off the halogen bulb 18. Insert a new halogen bulb 18 (see Figure B).
☐ Retighten the screws 17 using a screwdriver.
● Maintenance / Cleaning / Care

WARNING! DANGER TO LIFE FROM ELEC-
TRIC SHOCK! Before doing any work on the product, pull the adapter 11 out of the socket.
☐ Ensure that the water level never drops below the MIN marking (inside) wall of water container 12.
Fill up or change "distilled" water when the water level is below the MIN mark (see "Changing the water"). Check the water level by slightly raising the base 6. If no water flows from the ornamental stone 2, and the mains adapter 11 is connected to a mains socket, then the water level is probably too low.
☐ Change the "distilled" water at least once a week (see "Changing the water"). This will prevent algae from forming.
☐ Check and clean the tabletop fountain, pebbles 13 water container 12 and pump 8 at regular intervals. Never use aggressive or corrosive cleaning agents to do this. Ensure that no foreign bodies can enter the pump 8 or the connection hose 7.
☐ Pour out the water and allow the tabletop fountain to dry completely if you are going to leave it unused for an extended period (see "Changing the distilled water").
