- Do not touch the appliance when it is producing steam. Use a cloth to remove the lid, rice bowl and steam bowl.
- To disconnect, remove plug from wall outlet.
- CAUTION: This appliance generates heat and escaping steam during use.

- This appliance is not intended for use by children or other persons without assistance or supervision if their physical, sensory or mental capabilities prevent them from using it safely.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Wash the Lid, Rice Bowl, Steaming Bowls and juice collector with warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe the Main Body with a damp cloth or sponge.
Caution: do not immerse main body in water or other liquid.

OPERATION
- Place the main body on a stable surface, away from any objects that may be damaged by steam.
- Use the cord storage under the main body to adjust the cord length.
- Put the turbo steam-ring around the heating element.
- Filling the water reservoir with cold water until the MAX level is reached.
Caution: never put any seasoning or liquid other than water into the water reservoir.
- Place the juice collector on the main body.
- Put the food into the steaming bowls. We recommend putting the largest pieces of food, requiring longer cooking time, into the lower bowl.
- Place the steaming bowls onto the juice collector.
- Put the lid on top.
- Plug the unit into a correct rating electrical outlet and switch on the appliance with the electronic count-down timer. (See the Timer setting) Caution: make sure that there is water in the water reservoir before switching on.
USE OF SEVERAL STEAMING BOWLS AT THE SAME TIME
- It is possible to put different food items in each bowl, but make sure that their flavors complement each other.
- If you are cooking food with different cooking times, start cooking in the lower steaming bowl with the food requiring a longer cooking time. When the timer reaches the setting for cooking the food which requires a shorter cooking time, remove the lid and put the higher steaming bowl in position. Close the lid and continue cooking.
USE OF THE RICE BOWL
- Place the Lower Steaming Bowl (with 'B' mark) on the Juice Collector.
- Put one volume of rice with one and a half volumes of water into the Rice Bowl. (Maximum 300g of rice)
- Put the Rice Bowl into the Steaming Bowl.
- Place the lid on top.
- Switch on the appliance with the electronic count-down timer.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE STEAMING BOWLS
There are total 3 steaming bowls:
- Upper Steaming Bowl (with 'T' marking on left and right handle)
- Middle Steaming Bowl (with 'M' marking on left and right handle)
- Lower Steaming Bowl (with 'B' marking on left and right handle)
If you are cooking food with only one steaming bowl, you must put the Lower Steaming Bowl on the Juice Collector with the Lid on top.
If you are cooking food with two steaming bowls, you must put the Lower Steaming Bowl on the Juice Collector and the Middle Steaming Bowl over it with the Lid on top.
If you are cooking food with all three steaming bowls, you must put the Lower Steaming Bowl on the Juice Collector and the Middle Steaming Bowl over it and then the Upper Steaming Bowl with the Lid on top.
HERBS TRAY
An herbs tray at the middle of juice collector lets you add fresh or dried herbs or spices to enhance the flavor of steamed foods.
FILL WATER DURING COOKING
The water gauge is used to check the water level during cooking. If you want to fill water at this time, you can pour cold water into the water reservoir through the filling opening until the MAX level is reached. You can fill water in this way without moving the bowls.
WHEN COOKING IS FINISHED
Remove the lid carefully. Avoid placing face in direct contact with escaping steam.
To avoid food becoming overcooked, remove the steam bowl using a cloth and place it on a plate.
If you used the rice bowl, remove it carefully by the handles.
Caution: before removing the juice collector, check that the whole appliance has cooled down sufficiently.
After use, unplug the appliance and leave it to cool down completely before putting it away.
CARE AND CLEANING
Wash Lid, Rice bowl, Steaming bowls and Juice collector in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Let the Main Body cool and wipe it with a damp cloth or sponge.
Caution: do not immerse the main body in water or other liquid.
CORD STORAGE
You can store excess power cord by winding around the bottom of the main body.

TO OPERATE
Plug the unit into an electrical outlet, the time display indicates '00min'. Press the 'Set' button to set the count-down time, the time will scroll-up in 5 minutes intervals. When reaching the required cooking time, release the 'Set' button and press the '0/1 button' once to start the appliance. The 'MIN' display will blink and the red indicator LED lights on to show that the appliance is now cooking.
TO STOP THE APPLIANCE
To stop the appliance during cooking, press the '0/1 button'.
AT THE END OF COOKING TIME
A buzzer signal will comes out indicating that the appliance has finished the cooking period. Press the '0/I button' to stop the signal.
