How to turn the Sunstech Bolt earbuds on and off?

To turn on, press and hold the multi-function button for 3 seconds until the light flashes blue. To turn off, press and hold the same button for 3 seconds until the light flashes red.

How to pair the earbuds with my phone?

Make sure the earbuds are off. Press and hold the multi-function button for more than 3 seconds until you hear 'Pairing' and see the blue and red lights flashing. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, search for 'BOLT' and select it. A voice will announce 'Connected' and the blue light will flash.

Is it possible to connect two devices at the same time?

Yes, the earbuds support dual pairing. You can connect two devices simultaneously, for example a phone for calls and a tablet for music.

How to charge the earbuds and how long does it take?

Open the USB cover, plug the provided charging cable into the earbuds and into a computer or power adapter. The red light indicates charging; it turns off and a blue light turns on when charging is complete. This takes about 2 hours.

What is the battery life of the earbuds?

Talk time and music playback time are 5 to 6 hours. Standby time can reach 120 hours.

Are the earbuds water-resistant?

Yes, they have an IPX5 rating, making them resistant to splashes and sweat. Make sure to close the USB cover tightly after charging to maintain this waterproofing.

How to control music and calls?

For music: press the multi-function button once for play/pause, press and hold to skip forward or backward, press the +/- buttons once for volume. For calls: press once to answer/end, press twice to redial last number or reject a call.

What to do if no sound comes out of the earbuds?

Make sure the volume is high enough on the connected device and that the earbuds are properly paired. Also check that the earbuds are charged.

How to maintain the earbuds to prolong their lifespan?

Clean them with a slightly damp soft cloth. Do not use abrasive products. If not using for a long period, recharge at least once a month to preserve the battery. Do not expose to extreme temperatures.

Can the earbuds be used for sports?

BLUETOOTH PAIRING

When power is off, press and hold for 3+ seconds. Voice prompt "Pairing" followed by blue and red blinking lights indicate BOLT is in pairing mode.

1-Turn on Bluetooth in the settings of your phone (for other electronic devices)
2- Look for "BOLT" and click it for pairing

Voice prompt "connected" followed by blue blinking light indicates connection

Dual Pairing Function: The Bluetooth headset has a unique dual pairing function. This allows you to pair 2 devices to the headset simultaneously. For example, you still can receive the coming calls from your phone when you are listening music from the ipad.

Locate the Micro USB door and plug in the cable and connect the USB to a computer or AC power source.

Red light indicates charging and will turn off, and blue light turn on once battery is fully charged. Full charge is approximately 2 hours.

If the earphones are not being used for a long period, recharge them at least once a month to preserve the battery life. DO NOT leave the battery uncharged for 6 months.

To ensure the water resistance of your BOLT, the USB cover must be firmly closed after charging
