How do I reset the camera to factory settings?

Press and hold the reset button on the back of the camera for 10 seconds until the LED blinks rapidly. This will restore default settings.

What is the default IP address or how do I find it?

The camera uses DHCP by default. Use the provided software or check your router's DHCP client list. The default IP is often 192.168.1.xxx.

Can I view the camera remotely on my smartphone?

Yes, download the Ernitec View app from the App Store or Google Play. Scan the QR code on the camera and follow the setup wizard.

What type of microSD card is supported?

The camera supports microSDHC/SDXC cards up to 128GB. Class 10 or UHS-I recommended for smooth recording.

Does the camera support PoE (Power over Ethernet)?

Yes, the Wolf Pro supports PoE IEEE 802.3af. You can power the camera via an Ethernet cable without a separate power adapter.

How do I enable motion detection alerts?

Open the Ernitec View app, go to Settings > Motion Detection, and adjust sensitivity and region. You will receive push notifications.

Is the camera waterproof?

It has an IP65 rating, meaning it is protected against dust and low-pressure water jets. Suitable for outdoor use but not submersion.

Can I use the camera with an NVR?

Yes, the camera supports ONVIF Profile S, making it compatible with most third-party NVRs. Add it via IP address on your NVR.

What is the warranty period for this camera?

Ernitec offers a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Check the warranty card for details.

Why is the night vision not working?

Ensure infrared LEDs are enabled in the app settings. If still not working, check the camera's power supply and try resetting it.

Protect this device from fall-down and intensive strikes, keep the device away from magnetic field interference, and do not install the device in places with shaking surfaces or under shocks.

Clean the device with a soft dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, dig the cloth into slight neutral c- leanser, gently wipe the dirt with the cloth, and then dry the device.

Do not jam the ventilation opening. Follow the installation instructions provided in this document when installing the device. Keep the device away from heat sources such as radiators.

1 Open Package Examination

2 Device Structure

2.1 Device Ports

NOTE

Different devices may have different parts, multi-head cables, and lit lights; Please refer to the actual product.

Fill light settings

Camera's fill light has four modes, they are intelligent dual light (current fill light will switch to warm light after an alarm is triggered, and will switch back to the original fill light for 30s after the alert is released). warm light, infrared lamp and none (Close the fill light and the color of image will stay in previous mode)

The different cameras can be set different fill light modes, please set fill light modes according to the actual scene.

Day mode: It can be used in the scene with sufficient ambient light for 24 hours, do not turn on the fill light, and the image is in color. Night mode: It can be used in the scene where there is insufficient ambient light for 24 hours, turn on the fill light (it can be selected according to the four modes of the fill light).

Auto mode: Automatically switch the fill light mode according to the luminance of the environment.

Timing mode: Set the start and end time of the day, this time period is day mode for camera.

2.2 Camera Dimensions

3 Device Installation

Installation Steps:

Step 1 Open the package, take out the camera, and disassemble camera's base.

Step 2 Stick the installation location sticker on the ceiling or wall, drill three holes following the marks on the sticker. Push the plastic anchors into the holes, as shown in figure 3-1.

Step 3 Fix the camera mounting base to the ceiling (or wall) by using self-lapping screws.

Step 4 Connected the multi-connector cable. If user want the device be connect to GND, plug ground wire to the GND screw and tighten it, the location of GND as show in figure. Step 5 Fix the eyeball to base, as shown in figure 3-2.

NOTE

You can route cables from the top or from side. If you use the top routing method, drill a hole in the installation surface first. If you use the side routing method, please cut the compression ring outlet as shown in figure 3-2, and route the multi-head cable out from the side gap at the bottom of the camera.

Step 8 Rotate the main body, adjust the position so that the camera faces the monitored area, then tighten the lock steel panel with screws and fix the camera, as shown in figure 3-3.

NOTE

The camera's monitoring angle can be adjusted by three axes: rotation: Hydrastra rotation, up and down rotation, axial rotation of the lens, adjust the direction of the camera and aim the lens at the target. 1 Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screw which locks the steel panel. 2 The hemisphere can rotate up and down range of 0 to 60°; 3 The hemisphere can rotate left and right range of 0 to 360°; 4 The bell firing can rotate 360° left and right. 6 After adjusting the angle, lighton the screws on the steel panel, then install the decorative cover to the base along the direction as shown in Figure 3-3.

4 Quick Configuration(e.g.E)

4.1 Login

Step 1 Open the Internet Explorer, enter the IP address of IP camera (default value. 192.168.0.120) in the address box, and press Enter. The login page is displayed as shown in figure 4-1. Step 2 Input the user name and password.

NOTE

The default user name is admin. The default password is admin. Modify the password when user logs into the system for first time to ensure system security. It is advised to restart the device three minutes later after modifying password to ensure modified successfully You can change the system display language on the login page.

Step3 Click Login, the main page is displayed.

4.2 Modify IP address

Choose Configuration > Device > Local Network, the Local Network page is displayed. Enter the IP address in the IP Address box and click Apply as shown in figure 4-2. After the IP address is set successfully, please use the new IP address to log in the Web interfaces.

To ensure the real-time video can be played properly, you must perform the following operation when you log in the web for the first time: if user can access the web immediately, please ignore the steps of adding trusted sites.

Step 1 the Internet Explorer. Choose Tools > Internet options > Security > Trusted sites > Sites, in the display dialog box, click Add, as shown in figure 4-3.

Step 2 In the Internet Explorer, choose Tool > Internet Options > Security > Customer level, and set Download unsigned ActiveX control and initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting under ActiveX controls and plug-ins to Enable, as shown in figure 4.4.

Step 3 Download and install the player control as prompted.

NOTE

If the repair line displayed when installing the control, please ignore the prompt, and continue the installation, the login page is displayed when the control is loaded.

To browse a real-time video, click Live Video. The Live Video page is displayed, as shown in figure 4-5.

1. Personnel Count: User can query the data of personnel count, through year, month, day. The statistics can be downloaded. The data can be shown by line chart, histogram, list.

2 AI Live video: Click the icon to view the snapshots of human face or license plate (click "Face" or "Plate" to switch). The bottom page will show the captured images of vehicle and human.

4.4 Intelligent Analysis

At "Configuration > Intelligent Analysis" Interface, user can set the parameters of Penimeter, Single Virtual Fence, Double Virtual Fence, Multi Loiter, Converse and Personnel Count, as shown in figure 4-7.

4.5 Al Multi object

At "Configuration > A) Multi object" interface, user can enable face detection, full body detection, vehicle detection, set the other parameters of detection, as shown in figu re 4-8.
