Children must not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and maintenance operations must not be performed by children without supervision.
This appliance must be installed by professionally qualified personnel.
Since the installation of the equipment sets, the power of the network must be done, according to the installation rules, through flexible cable plug or by all pole switch that provide full disconnection under overvoltage category III conditions. Contacts opening distance shall not be less than 3 mm.
Equipment must be installed at the height of at least 2,3 meters from the floor (2,3 meters means from the floor to the bottom of the fan).
Warnings
ATTENTION : read this booklet carefully it contains important instructions for a safe installation, use and maintenance. Important instructions to be kept for future reference.
Remove the packing and make sure that the appliance is intact. In case of doubt do not use it and address to an after-sales service recommended by the manufacturer. Do not allow packaging materials like bags and staples can be reached by children.
Before connecting the appliance, check if the electrical voltage and frequency of the circuit correspond to those indicated on the appliance.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any eventual damages caused by improper or faulty use.
The unit must be connected to a good ground conductor.
Equipment must be installed at the height of at least 2,3 meters from the floor (2,3 meters means from the floor to the bottom of the fan).
Since the installation of the equipment sets, the power of the network must be done through flexible cable plug or by pole switch with contact opening distance not less than 3 mm.
For the installation of the apparatus used a cable type H05 VVF.
Before maintenance and cleaning operations turn off the product and disconnect from the mains power supply turning off the system switch.

This appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
If the appliance is out of work, switch it off without tampering it. If any repair is required please contact only our after-sales centres and ask for original spare parts. Otherwise safety of the appliance can be compromised.
The use of every electrical appliance calls for the awareness of some basic rules, such us:
-do not touch the appliance with wet hands or feet
-never expose the appliance to atmospheric conditions (rain, sun...)
Do not use the device in the presence of potentially explosive or flammable liquids or gases.
Do not leave the appliance plugged in when not in use. Swith it off and unplug it when it is not in use.
WARNINGS ABOUT BATTERIES
1. KEEP BATTERIES OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
Swallowing can lead to chemical burns, perforation of soft tissue, and death. Severe burns can occur within 2 hours of ingestion. Seek medical attention immediately.

Do not allow children to replace batteries.

Always insert batteries correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -) marked on the battery and the equipment.

Do not short-circuit batteries.

Do not charge batteries.

Do not force discharge batteries.

Do not mix new and used batteries or batteries of different types or brands.

Exhausted batteries should be immediately removed from equipment and properly disposed of.

Do not weld or solder directly to batteries.

A lithium battery with a damaged container should not be exposed to water.

Store unused batteries in their original packaging away from metal objects. If already unpacked, do not mix or jumble batteries.

Remove batteries from equipment if it is not to be used for an extended period of time unless it is for emergency purposes.

Clean the battery contacts and also those of the equipment prior to battery installation.

In case of leak from batteries, avoid any contact with it; in case of contact, wash the affected part with water and seek medical attention.

Line drawing of a ceiling lamp with a hand holding a tool, no text or symbols presentMake sure you have all the components before beginning installation. To prevent damage, attach the motor to the support rod on a soft surface or use the polystyrene contained in the package.
-Open the carton box and take out the fan (fig. 1)
-Assemble the support plate on the ceiling using two or more screw anchors and appropriate washers. Attention: the provided screw are for wood joist. The electric cables coming out from the ceiling must be insert on the central holes of the support plate (fig. 2).
- Remove the safety stopper and washer from the safety pin then remove the safety pin from the support rod (fig. 4). Insert the support rod through the cap.
-Unscrew the screw placed on the bottom part of the support rod and insert the electric cables coming out from the motor through the support rod (fig. 5).
-Fix the support rod to the motor housing using the safety pin and lock it using the washer and the safety stopper (fig. 6 and 7).
-Secure the support rod to the motor by using the screw previously unscrewed (fig. 8).
-Connect the cables of the receiver to the cable of the fan following the colors and place the receiver inside the cap. IR receveir must be placed outside the cap and its cable must be placed in the vertical slot of the cap (fig. 9). To fix the IR receiver to the ceiling or on the cap remove the paper protection and stick it in the desired position.
-Unscrew the 4 screws placed on the support plate.
-Hang the fan to the hook on the support plate using the cap's hole and connect the electrical cables (fig. 10). NB: arrange the electrical connection as shown in fig. 3.
-Remove the fan from the hook and fix the cap to the support plate making sure the holes of the cap are coincident to the holes of the support plate. Fix the cap by using the 4 screws previously unscrewed. ATTENTION: make sure to tighten the screws very well and that the groove of the plastic ball fit the jut of the cap (fig. 11).
-Fix the blade support to the blades by using the provided screws and nuts (fig. 12).
-Unscrew the screws from the bottom part of the motor and remove the paper protection. Place the blades with blade support on the motor making sure that the holes are coincident and fix them by using the screws previously unscrewed (fig. 13).
-Install the light bulb (E27 type Max 60W not provided) in the lamp holder
-Install the decorative glass making sure that it hooks the 3 metal clips of the fan.

To fix the remote control holder to the wall, make 2 holes on the wall taking into consideration that the distance between them must correspond to that between the 2 holes on the remote control holder. Secure it to the wall by using the screws provided.
Instructions for use
The fan is provided with remote control.
Batteries
To use the remote control, insert 2 batteries AA (not supplied) in the appropriate battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
To remove batteries, open the batteries holder placed on the back of the remote control, by sliding the cover to the outwards.

- LIGHT: it turn on / off the light of the fan.
- FAN: push this button to turn on the fan. The fan will start at maximum speed. Push this button when the fan is on to turn it off.
3.1H-2H-4H: timer buttons. Push these button to set the automatic off of the fan: 1H (one hour), 2H (two hours) or 4H (4 hours). After the selected time the fan will turn off automatically. - LOW-MED-HIGH: speed button. When the fan is on push LOW button to select the minimum speed, push MED button to select medium speed, push HIGH button to select the maximum speed.
Maintenance
Before carrying out the regular cleaning operations and before replacing the lamp turn off the fan and disconnect it from the electrical supply.
For external cleaning use a soft and dry cloth.
DO NOT dip the device in water, or splash it with any other liquids.
DO NOT use solvents or any other chemical products for cleaning it.

BATTERIES - Remove the batteries from the appliance before its disposal. Do not dispose the batteries with domestic waste. The batteries must be disposed of in the appropriate containers or in the specific collecting centre. Suitable segregated collection helps prevent damage to the environment and to human health. To remove batteries, refer to Instructions for use.

USER INFORMATION
"Implementation of Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)", pertaining to reduced use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, as well as to waste disposal".
The symbol of the crossed-out wheelie bin on the equipment or on its packaging indicates that the product must be disposed of separately from other waste at the end of its service life.
The user must therefore take the dismissed equipment to suitable separate collection centres for electrical and electronic waste, or return it to the dealer in case they purchase a new device of equivalent type, at a one-to-one-ratio.
Suitable segregated collection of the equipment for subsequent recycling, treatment or environmentally-friendly disposal helps prevent damage to the environment and to human health, and encourages the re-use and/or recycling of the materials that make up the equipment.
Abusive disposal of the product by the user shall result in the application of administrative fines in accordance with the laws in force.
GUARANTEE
Terms and Conditions
The guarantee is valid for 24 months.
This guarantee applies only if it has been duly filled in and is submitted with the receipt showing the date of purchase.
The guarantee covers the replacement or repair of parts making up the appliance which were faulty at source due to manufacturing faults.
After the guarantee has expired, the appliance will be repaired against payment.
The manufacturer declines any responsibility for damage topersons, animals or property due to misuse of the appliance and failure to observe the directions contained in the instructions.
Limits
All rights under this guarantee and any responsibility on our part will be voided if the appliance has been:
- mishandled by unauthorized persons
- improperly used, stored or transported.
The guarantee does not cover damage to the outward appearance of any other that does not prevent regular operation.
