IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- The chopper will not work unless it's properly assembled.
- Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than those described in these instructions.
- Do not use the appliance empty or overloaded.
- Please do not use the appliance for dry grinding hard food like soybeans, uncooked rice, frozen meat etc, and avoid succulent liquid foods.
- Please do not touch the blade unit or motor while the appliance is running, to avoid serious personal injury and damage the appliance.
- Do not run the appliance for more than 15 seconds continuously. After 15 seconds, let it cool for 2 minutes before using it again.
- If the appliance stops running during normal operation, it is possible that the motor switched off because of the motor temperature protection. Please turn off the unit and disconnect from the mains, then let it cool for about 20-30 minutes before using again.
- Do not put the motor unit in water or other liquids or wash it with water or the other liquids.
- Please DO NOT use steel wool or the other abrasive cleaning tools to avoid scratching the appliance.
- Do not use the dishwasher to clean the appliance.
- IF THE POWER CORD IS DAMAGED, IT MUST BE REPLACED BY THE MANUFACTURER OR BY ITS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE OR IN ANY CASE BY A PERSON WITH SIMILAR QUALIFICATIONS, TO PREVENT ANY RISK.

HOW TO USE
Before using, please clean all parts that will touch the food.
- Take out the mini chopper and accessories; use cleanser and water to clean the lid, main/auxiliary blade units, and chopper bowl. Use wet cloth to clean the motor unit.
- Put the anti-slip mat one the fl at surface, then place the chopper bowl on it. Avoid contact with other nearby items keep it way from the children.
- Assembling
a) Put the chopper bowl on the non-slip mat. (Fig 1).
b) Fix the main/auxiliary blade unit into the shaft, then add the food. (Fig 2)

c) After adding the food, place the cover lid as in Fig 3.
d) Put the motor unit on the chopper lid, so that the blade unit handle is aligned with the center hole of main unit.(Fig 4)
e) After assembling the appliance correctly, plug in the power code and press the switch, the appliance will start working. When you stop pressing the power switch, the appliance will stop running.


f) Attach the blade unit to the main unit (Fig 1 and Fig 2)
REMARK
- If you didn't assemble the auxiliary blade correctly before using, the auxiliary blade unit may become loose and touch the bowl or lid and possibly hurt the operator. Please use it correctly.
- There is safety lock on the main unit. During operation, please ensure the appliance is sitting fl at and press the switch firmly to start the operation, otherwise the appliance will not be activated.

The amount of meat cannot exceed the maximum limit line corresponding to meat.
- Connect the power supply, press the switch to operate. Do not run the appliance for more than 15 seconds continuously
- After processing, disconnect from the mains. After the blade has stopped running, remove the motor unit and open the lid. Remove the chopping blade and take out the food with the spatula.
- While processing, if the food sticks to the bowl, please turn off the switch and disconnect from the mains, then use a spatula or chopsticks to scrape it off; then continue processing.
- If within 15 seconds you haven't achieved the result you want, please release the operating switch and wait for 2 minutes before continuing. This will protect the appliance and extend the lifespan.
- For any use, the consecutive operation time should not exceed 15 seconds, The operation can be carried out three times in a row with a rest period of 2 min during which the beef or meat can be replaced. Please let the unit cool to room temperature before performing next operation cycle.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Unplug before dismantling or cleaning.
- Wipe the outside of the motor unit with a clean damp cloth, do not immerse the motor unit in water.
- Wash the removable parts in warm soapy water, rinse well, drain, and air dry
- Never put any part of the appliance in a dishwasher.
- Blades are extremely sharp, please do not clean by hand directly to avoid injury. Please use clear water to clean it so that you can see blade clearly.
- Please dry the appliance part before re-assembling the parts.
