How do I fill the water tank?

Open the water inlet cover and fill with tap water up to the MAX mark. Use a funnel if needed. Do not overfill.

What is the best temperature setting for different fabrics?

Refer to the fabric guide on the iron. Typically: synthetic low (1), silk medium-low (2), wool medium (3), cotton high (4), linen max (5). Start with lower temperatures and increase if needed.

How does the steam shot function work?

Press the steam shot button firmly to release a powerful burst of steam for stubborn wrinkles. Ensure the iron is at a high temperature and there is water in the tank.

Can I use the iron vertically for curtains or hanging clothes?

Yes, the vertical steam function allows you to steam hanging fabrics. Hold the iron upright and press the steam shot button. Keep a safe distance from the fabric to avoid burns.

How often should I clean the iron?

Use the self-clean function every 2-4 weeks depending on water hardness. Fill the tank, set to max temperature, unplug, and hold the self-clean button while tilting the iron over a sink.

What should I do if the iron is not producing steam?

Check if the tank has water, temperature is high enough, and steam settings are enabled. If still no steam, run the self-clean cycle to remove blockages. Ensure the anti-drip feature is not active.

Does the iron have an auto shut-off feature?

Yes, the iron automatically switches off if left idle for about 8 minutes on the soleplate or 30 seconds on its side. It will beep and the light will flash. Shake it to reactivate.

How do I prevent mineral deposits from clogging the steam vents?

Use a mixture of 50% water and 50% vinegar to descale the iron periodically. Fill the tank, heat the iron, then unplug and hold the steam button to expel the mixture. Rinse with clean water.

Can I use distilled water in the iron?

Yes, distilled or demineralized water is recommended to reduce scale buildup. Avoid using chemically softened water or perfumed water.

What accessories are included with the iron?

The iron comes with a measuring cup for filling the water tank and a user manual. A heat-resistant pad may be included depending on the region.

Read the following instruction carefully before using machine for the first time.

1. Before first use. Remove all adhesive remains and gently rub with a dampened cloth. Rinse water tank to remove foreign particles. When turned on for the first time, temporary vapours/ odours may occur.

1. Filling steam iron with water. Make sure plug is removed from power outlet. Turn the temperature selector to '0' and open water fill cover. Let the iron rest on the heel. Using beaker provided, pour water up to maximum level. Close cover. Caution: Do not exceed the maximum water level. This product is appropriate for use with tap water. It is recommended to use distilled water or a mix of 50% distilled, 50% tap water. Never use distilled water only. Never put scented water, vinegar or ironing aids in the water tank. This may cause brown spitting and staining.

1. Plug power cable into a power outlet. Power indicator light turns on, red colour. Set temperature by turning temperature selector to adequate choice. When the light turns green, the iron is ready to use. The light will switch between red and green as the iron is maintaining the selected temperature. The hot soleplate indicator turns red when the iron reaches 40°C.

1. Using the spray mist and steam boost function. Ensure that water tank is at least 1/4 full. Use spray mist to pre-dampen fabrics by pressing spray button several times to release a fine mist (A). To use the steam boost function, ensure that tank is at least 1/2 full. Press steam boost button several times to prime pump (B).

1. Steaming hanging items. Vertical steam boost function is ideal for steaming curtains, suits and delicate fabrics. Hang item on a hanger, hold iron at a distance of 10–20 cm and press steam boost button.

Tips: Always start ironing the fabrics that require low ironing temperature setting, and then increase the temperature setting for fabrics which require higher temperature. The iron heats up faster than it cools down.

Problem Possible cause Solution
Soleplate is not heating even though iron is turned on.	Connection problem. Check main power supply	ly cable, plug and outlet.

1. 3 Situasi Mati Otomatis. Jika dibiarkan dalam posisi tetap menyala ketika diletakkan pada pelat atau direbahkan ke samping, setrika akan otomatis mati setelah 30 detik. Jika dibiarkan dalam posisi tetap menyala ketika didudukkan, setrika akan mati setelah 8 menit. Perabot akan hidup lagi setelah kembali digunakan untuk menyetrika. 1. Fungsi pembersihan otomatis. Isilah tangki setrika dengan air lalu setel kenopnya untuk memanaskan pelat. Setelah lampu indikator menyala hijau, cabut steker setrika dari stopkontak. Pegang setrika di atas bak cuci piring, lalu tekan terus tombol pembersihan. Tangki air harus terisi penuh. Lepaskan tombol untuk menghentikan fungsi pembersihan otomatis. Ulangi prosedur ini bila perlu. CATATAN! Jangan menggunakan cairan kimia apapun atau cuka penghilang kerak.

1. Membersihkan pelat. Jangan menggunakan sabut penggosok atau cairan pembersih yang kuat untuk membersihkan karena dapat merusak permukaan pelat. Untuk membersihkan sisa kain yang hangus terbakar, gunakan setrika yang masih panas untuk menyetrika kain basah. Untuk membersihkan pelat, gunakan kain lembut yang sedikit dibasahi lalu seka dan keringkan.
