How do I fill the water tank?

Open the water tank lid, tilt the iron, and use a measuring cup to fill with water up to the MAX mark. Do not overfill.

What temperature should I use for different fabrics?

Check the fabric label. Generally: Nylon/Silk low, Wool medium, Cotton high, Linen high. Start with lower temperatures and increase if needed.

How do I activate the steam function?

Set the temperature to at least 2 dots (for steam). Press the steam burst button for extra steam while ironing. Ensure water is in the tank.

How to use vertical steam for hanging clothes?

Hang the garment, set iron to high temperature, press and hold the steam burst button while moving the iron vertically near the fabric. Avoid direct contact with delicate items.

How do I clean the iron and remove scale?

Use the self-clean function weekly. Fill tank to MAX, set to high, hold iron over sink, press self-clean button until steam and scale flush out. Allow to cool before storing.

What does the self-clean function do?

The self-clean function flushes out mineral deposits from the steam chamber. It operates by generating extra steam and then quickly switching off, forcing water and debris out of the soleplate.

Why is my iron not producing steam?

Possible causes: empty water tank, temperature too low (set to at least 2 dots), or clogged steam vents. Use self-clean and ensure proper settings.

Can I use tap water?

Yes, but in hard water areas, mix with distilled water to reduce scale buildup. Avoid adding perfume or other chemicals.

How to store the iron safely?

Allow iron to cool completely, empty water tank, wrap cord around cord storage, and store upright on its heel in a dry place.

What should I do if the soleplate is burnt or sticky?

Unplug and cool iron. Use a damp cloth with mild detergent or a specialized soleplate cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads. Heat iron to low and iron over a wax paper to remove residue.

We congratulate you on having bought the device under trade name "Saturn". We are sure that our devices will become faithful and reliable assistance in your housekeeping.

Avoid extreme temperature changes. Rapid temperature change (e.g. when the unit is moved from freezing temperature to a warm room) may cause condensation inside the unit and a malfunction when it is switched on. In this case leave the unit at room temperature for at least 1.5 hours before switching it on. If the unit has been in transit, leave it indoors for at least 1.5 hours before starting operation.

Important! Read these instructions carefully before using the appliance for the first time, save them for future reference.

Check the voltage set on the iron corresponds to the local mains voltage before connecting the appliance. If necessary select the correct voltage on the bottom of the iron.

- Only connect the iron to an earthed mains socket.

- Do not use the iron if the plug, cord or the iron itself shown signs of physical damage, or if the iron has been dropped.

- Check the cord regularly for damage

- If the cord or any part of the iron is damaged it should only be repaired by a qualified electrician.

- Do not dismantle the Iron, there are no user serviceable parts inside.

- Never immerse the iron in water - Keep the iron out of reach of chill dren

Before First Use

• Remove any stickers, labels and packing from the iron
• Wipe the soleplate with a damp cloth prior to use to remove any residues on the soleplate.
• The first time the iron is used it may give off some smoke, this is normal and will cease after a short while.

1. There is a lock-button at the end of the brush. Note to properly use it when you assemble or disassemble the brush.
2. The iron brush has the function of wiping off hair-ball, woolens and other similar substance. After using, unplug the iron .Note to disassemble the brush after the iron becomes cooling, to prevent your hands burned by hot soleplate.

Preparation for Use

Filling the water tank

• Make sure the iron is switched off.
• Carefully remove the water fill cover.
• Using a small cup, carefully fill the iron up to the maximum level, never overfill
• Replace the cover.
• If the water in the local area is hard we recommend using 50% distilled water and 50% tap water.(never use only distilled water)

Setting the Temperature

• Put the iron on its heel
• Set the required temperature by rotating the dial until the desired setting is obtained, check the sew in label in the clothing to determine the material used.

Trouble Shooting

Flacks and impurities come out of the soleplate during ironing	You have been using water which is too hard	Fill the reservoir with 50% distilled water and 50% tap water. Switch on to the hottest temperature and wait for the light to go out. Holding the iron over a sink press the extra steam button a few times, this should flush the flake out of the iron. Tum off and allow to cool, then wipe the soleplate several times with a damp cloth to remove any residues.
