Important Safeguards
To ensure that your lamp operates efficiently, please observe the following safety instructions.
- Before connecting the floor lamp, ensure that the voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds to the main voltage in your home.
- Change the bulb only after unplugging the lamp from the power supply and after cooling down.
- Do not use the lamp outdoors.
- If there is any doubt, please consult an electrician.
- Do not plug or unplug with wet hands.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord. Do not alter the plug.
Caution
A short power supply card is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
- To avoid a circuit overload when using this lamp, do not operate another high-waitings product on the same electrical circuit.
- Avoid the use of an extension cord. The extension cord may overheat and cause a risk of fire.
- The power supply cord must be arranged so that it will not drape over a countertop, tabletop, or walkway where it can be pulled on or tripped over by children or adults accidentally.
