Unscrew leg with foam coating (11)
Unscrew ball head (4)
Attach ball head to separated leg

Remove quick-release-plate (1) by turning screw (2) left
Mount your camera to the plate by using the 14 " screw (3)
Attach camera to tripod via quick-release-plate
Adjust angle by moving the ball head (4) (turn screw (5) left to loosen and right to fasten)
Change horizontal direction by loosening screw (6)
Use the opening on ball head (7) for horizontal shots
Push switch (8) down to change angle of the legs
Turn screw (9) right to adjust height of center column
Open brackets (10) to adjust length of the leg. Close brackets to lock
Push all legs up and turn to use the tripod upside down (e.g. useful for macro photography)
Add weight to hook (12) for more stability (e.g. bag)
Fold legs and turn them upside down to carry tripod
